Great prices, great hardware but there is always room for improvement
The prices for their hardware is great. Currently and during the past I run servers without any major problems. If only they could improve their e-mail support (faster and more accurate) they would be tops.

Perfect solution with acceptable price
I search a lot of possibilities to dedicated server for my WEB services. I looked through a uncountable providers and they solutions. I did same trial buying and 1 or 2 month performance test and support requests. At finally I decided test they solutions too. I use the serverloft services since 3 years ago...
I'f you have a OS and high-quality administrator experience, I think this is one of the best. My personal oppinion, the serveroft solution is the best performance/price solution when I look a value for money...

Reliability with friendly support and sensible pricing
Serverloft is one of my dependable outsourcing partners for hosting. Migration to a new data centre was amazing without any problem at all, after which the reliability has been excellent. They have worked hard to optimise the network and peering so that there is top availability which I now take for granted. Even when you get frustrated with some strange problem and end up asking some "dumb" questions of support (because your problem can't be explained at first) they are always friendly and professional. After a software upgrade I had some strange readings from two of my servers, which ended up to be just a change in the interface display. Serverloft were helpful enough to physically check the servers for me to confirm the hardware configuration and that it was OK. That's what I call TOP Support!

Great reliability, great value, highly recommended
We did a lot of research into hosting options before choosing Serverloft.
We are delighted with the service and we definitely made the right choice. For the past five years they have provided excellent support when any issues arose, and are great value for money.

Very bad support
When things work, they work fine, but when the shit hits the fan, Serverloft is very bad.
Their 24/7 telefon support is limited to saying: "Create a support case using the website."
They disconnect servers without calling first, so their uptime guarantee is worth nothing.
