Shampoo Hair Studio Storrington Avis 

I visited the salon last week. Lovely salon experience. Very friendly staff. My stylist Becky, was amazing. I had a restyle from long to short. Becky was very professional and friendly. Amazing hairdresser. The girls in salon ,Lucy and Jodie were lovely, chatty and welcoming. Highly recommended hair dresser. I will definitely be booking in with Becky for my next appointment 💕

Friendly welcome by Dee on reception, she directed me to sit down and asked if I'd like a drink, as it was an extremely hot day I had water which was very welcome! I waited for a little while which I didn't mind one bit. I was eventually seen by Betsy who asked what I would like done, she understood everything I wanted and commenced cutting my hair, she started at the back and said she needed me to keep my head down and she also moved the fan phew!! I thought she finished doing the back and lifted my head which she then pushed my head down. Not once did she ask me how short I wanted my hair, nevertheless she didnt go too short! The end result was ok, but i felt Betsy didn't want to be there it was close to closing time so it may be she just wanted to get out of the hot salon! I opted not to have my hair blow dried but just rough dried after which she said she would 'cut in' to my fringe - this didn't happen! Whilst doing my hair she just walked off to talk to Dee on reception without saying anything to me before she went or when she came back!
When finished she didnt show me the back of my hair and just walked to the front reception desk in readiness for my payment. When I paid I did give Betsy a tip as she didn't do too badly cutting my hair but sadly, when I return to the salon I will not be asking for Betsy!
Customer interaction is not her strong point, she'd do well taking a leaf out of Dee's book!

I went to Shampoo today for the first time and I’m very happy with my haircut from the newly qualified Megan. I’d definitely recommend her and the salon.

It was my second visit at shampoo studios, I was charged for a treatment that I did know about, until I asked for a breakdown of what I was charged on my visit, the receptionist replied in saying I could not have a receipt.

Also the stylist did not ask me about putting an extra color in with my highlights, which I’m not happy about.

A stylist should always, ask a client about what colour they won’t in their hair first. I also got a refund on the treatment I didn’t have and the manager offered to put more highlights which I’m not going back for.

Absolutely love this salon!! I've visited again as needed my highlights topped up, my hairdresser is Lucy and she is AMAZING...my colour lasts really well too! I always have several pots of tea and lovely biscuits too! They really do pamper you. I've been with this salon for over 10 years and wouldn't change!!
Can't wait for my next visit!!

I have been going to Shampoo Studio’s in Storrington for over 20 years and I cannot see me ever changing as the ladies who work there are all so lovely 🥰, they listen to your every need of what you would like with your hair.

The atmosphere in the salon is great and all the ladies that work there are lovely and generally caring about their clients, they are all professional and excellent hairdressers, they listen to what you want and you leave with the result you wanted. Always have my hair done at Shampoo, I have difficult hair and Sarah always does an excellent job, I’d never go anywhere else.

Had my haircut with Katie today and loved it . Will be back and just to add what a beautiful friendly salon.

Lucy has been my hair stylist at Shampoo Hair Studio for a fair few years. She is a very friendly, popular and beautiful lady, full of charm and very experienced in her profession. She makes me feel like a million dollars every time I leave the salon. Thank you Lucy

This was my first time to Shampoo & was booked with Katie. I explained my hair needed tidying up but NOT to lose the length or fullness at the sides. She totally ignored me & started cutting it too short. I stopped her twice & said not so much off. By the time she had finished one side was at least half an inch shorter than the other & as far as the fullness was concerned, that was non existent. It was so short she could not even wrap it round their very tiny heated tongs. The layers were totally uneven & all in all it looked awful!! I was also not happy with the way she pulled all the hair out of her brush from the previous customer then used it on me - very unhygienic !! I rang the next day & told her how unhappy I was with my hair as far too short & uneven - she offered to level it up & cut even more off!! No thank you. Needless to say I will never go there again.

I think it ridiculous that although all the clients of Shampoo hair studio give a 5 star rating Trustpilot downgrade this to 3.8 just because this business doesn't want to join the Trustpilot club? Is it a fair review when you are downgraded through no fault of the business? Seems to me like being held to ransom. For this reason I believe Trust pilot should not be allowed a Review status or be allowed to continue on the internet under this system.

I have been going to Shampoo hair studio for many years and believe them to be the best hair salon around. It is such a lovely modern friendly place to have your hair done. Such lovely staff, always happy and attentive who make you feel so wanted. I look forward to my visit so much and if I could give them more than five stars I would
