Shawlands Dental Care Avis 

I have recently attended Shawlands Dental Care. Absolutely delighted with the care and attention from the minute I walked in the door. The reception staff are so welcoming, professional and patient.
My dental work was second to none and the dentist was lovely and kept me appraised of everything being done. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to both friends and family.

I can not recommend dr Neil Campbell enough, to say he has changed my life is an understatement. For many many years I hated smiling in photos, I hated showing my teeth at all due to falling when I was little and breaking all my front teeth resulting on me having to get veneers, then crowns a bit later in life but nothing ever made me feel better about myself. So I contemplated doing the whole Turkey teeth experience but decided against it because I was frightened of any complications so I finally contacted dr Campbell last year whom was my local dentist from years previous, I explained my situation and what I wanted my teeth to look like, after lots of discussions and planning between dr Campbell and I, he finally carried out work on my top 8 teeth by replacing them with 8 crowns to a colour And shape was happy with.
I absolutely couldn’t be any happier with my result and I can not wait to go back to have my lower teeth completed.

i went here for an extraction , i was refused treatment because i am exempt from wearing a face mask and they demanded proof of this which is illegal to ask for in scotland not even the police can demand this , They were very rude and obnoxious . they also had no idea what they were actually talking about , Personally i wouldnt let them treat my dog , they are a dental surgery that is mediocre at best and yes they will have this taken down as you are only aloud to give good feed back , my dentist has an issue with accepting the truth he believes nothing you say and questions you multiple times wanting a differant answer

Very impressed and happy with my experience today! First appt here and I was smoothly and courteously guided through making follow on appointments, structuring payments, and signing up for the monthly dental maintenance plan by the busy reception staff. Great care from Dr Scully and her nurse in a relaxed but professional environment. Happy to have found a practice that meets all my dental and facial aesthetic needs👍🏻Thanks👍🏻

I would recommend Shawlands Dental Care without hesitation. My overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. The reception team were friendly and professional. The surgery spotlessly clean. A special thank you to Lucy who was exceptional. I was terrified but she put me at ease and made the whole process as good as it could possibly be. I felt that she genuinely cared. I have only been to Shawlands Dental Care once but it was a really positive experience and I would be confident about returning. They could take me at a time when it was really difficult to get an appointment anywhere (I suppose maybe that was just luck). It was for a hygienist appointment, I saw Lucy and she was really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I didn’t feel that they over-charged.

Been many times to this dental practice and I must say my experience has been nothing but excellent. Had lots of work from fillings, root canal and crown procedures. Not once have I been in pain or even felt a scratch or discomfort from anaesthetic being administered and the work has been carried out to a high standard. All staff are lovely and a special mention to Haroon is not only a top dentist but an all round good guy.

First-rate care from all the team at Shawlands Dental Care. A special mention to Lauren (my dentist) and Rory (my hygienist and of course his predecessor Dave). The entire practice consistently goes the extra mile and I am happy to recommend them to others.

I recently had a visit with the hygienist Diane. She is meticulous when it comes to giving a thorough clean, and was very gentle when giving numbing injections as I have very bad sensitivity. My regular dentist Haroon is also first class and always has a friendly welcome that helps put patients at ease.
Highly recommend the practice overall.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Getting Invisalign was hassle free and the time went in quickly. Very happy with the work done.

Dentist, Neil Campbell = calming friendly explains exactly what he is going to do or plan to do. He will discuss with you the plan of action and how long appts may take.
I took an anxiety panic attack before one of my early visits (was my 3rd visit) to practice. Neil noticed and took the time to check I was alright and why I may have taken this attack. Spoke to me all the way through the procedure to keep me calm and relaxed. Felt very cared for an important as a patient.

I required some root treatment in a tricky nerve which was causing me significant pain. The practice was kind enough to schedule me in quickly I was feeling extremely anxious about the procedure however Dr Haroon was extremely professional and caring and explained the process clearly and simply.
The whole procedure was pain free and it was clear his manual dexterity skills are excellent.
