I ordered a profiling bed for my mum. It was delivered quickly. The delivery man set it up and explained use; he was polite and friendly. The bed works well - very happy with the service and bed.

Ease of ordering, great delivery had a call from driver the day before to confirm time etc. Very pleased

Once we got past the first person in customer service (he was dreadful) the rest was fantastic.. communication brilliant, fast delivery, helpful, really great, just need to bypass the first person we spoke to in customer services

Delivery and installation were handled very well with excellent communication along the way. My one big complaint is that the existence of extra charges for long-distance delivery was hidden in the small print and not up-front either.

Fast, professional, responsive.

They delivered quicker than expected. Unfortunately the hoist had a fault which I reported immediately. They contacted the driver and diverted her to collect a new machine, unpacked, tested and delivered that same day. Definitely above and beyond .... very happy.

Called asking for some advice, received some brilliant information from the lady on the phone (didn't catch her name) and found that I was looking for the wrong thing entirely. It's refreshing to speak with a company who isn't just after money but actually cares about their potential customers and will take the time to speak to someone even though unfortunately, I did not have the money to purchase straight away.
I will be back as soon as i have the fund together to purchase through them.

My advice to anyone, if you are looking for a genuine company who focuses on actual customer service and not just taking your money come to this company, i had phoned multiple before and it was so pushy and just trying to close the sale whereas i actually felt valued and treated like a person and not just money.

Quick delivery service. No complaints whatsoever.

Unfortunately I had to contact customer care with regards to delivery of the item ordered/purchased however the issue was dealt with promptly and the product excellent.

Great product, well packed and easy to set up and use. The only downside was the email giving delivery date never arrived so it turned up unexpectedly and I was out.
