They emailed me with the boxers they were about to send and I didn’t like one of the pairs so they changed it for me straight away no questions asked just fixed it I truly appreciate the fast response form customer service and how they made it right immediately thanks again I truly appreciate it and don’t get me started on the comfort or the product definitely the best boxers I’ve ever owned! And you gotta love the way your package looks when you walking around the house lol!

Customer service is top notch. Product is awesome and look forward to future offers.

My experience with Shinesty has been extremely frustrating, and I’m sharing it because I would hate for someone else to go through the same thing.

Before I was ever charged, I contacted Shinesty several times by email asking to cancel my subscription. I received no response, and because I couldn’t get anyone to respond to my cancellation requests, the company continued attempting to charge my card.

What makes this even more frustrating is how difficult Shinesty makes it to cancel a subscription. There is no clear option online to simply cancel it yourself. You have to try to get ahold of someone and hope they respond. In my experience, they didn’t respond to the multiple emails I sent.

Eventually, I was charged for an order that I did not place or authorize. I contacted Shinesty to get the situation resolved, and the order was canceled.

On Sunday, I was told that I needed to wait 3–5 business days for my refund. I understood that refunds can take some time, so I waited.

Then yesterday, I contacted them again because I still hadn’t received my money. I was told that although the order had been canceled, their system had never actually processed the refund. I was then told that they had manually pushed the refund through and that I now needed to wait another 3–5 business days.

That is extremely frustrating. I had already been waiting since Sunday based on the information I was originally given, only to find out that the refund hadn’t actually been processed.

I understand that banks can take time to post refunds, but customers shouldn’t have to wait through an additional processing period because a refund wasn’t actually submitted after the cancellation.

I really hope Shinesty improves its subscription cancellation process and its communication with customers. There should be a straightforward way to cancel a subscription online, and when a customer repeatedly reaches out asking to cancel, those requests should be addressed before another charge is attempted.

I’m sharing my experience because I would hate for someone else to have their money tied up and have to go through the same situation.

Great product. Products are great, we have tshirt and boxer subscription. He loves the fit (true to size), comfort, and style. Always look forward to the next style.

I was thrilled to find Shinesty, a treasure trove of unique finds, but my excitement turned to frustration when they sent just one option for my favorite item. I expected variety, but instead, I got a single choice-no alternatives, no customization. It felt like a missed opportunity to explore more styles or sizes. Disappointing, but I’ll keep shopping for other gems.

I love these underwear. I have bought from some of the competition but these are my favorite. These have the best hammock for the jewels to help stop chafing. The style prints are way fun too. I like the naughty yet fun prints.

My husband really likes the long ball hammock underwear. He was disappointed that I have it being shipped every 3 months. He wanted more sooner. We ordered for a year and a half a couple of years ago. I'm glad the new ones coming in are different than the other ones. He wears them so much that the fabric eventually gave out and we had to throw a couple away. They lasted a couple of years at least.

Easy to navigate website, great selection of colors and prints, easy to follow size charts and pretty fast shipping. Prices are competitive to other premium underwear brands. What more could you want?

Honestly, never thought I'd be reviewing underwear, that said, best undies I've ever had. The ball holder even helps with an odd medical thing I have so its even more of a plus.
