Shinesty is one of the best companies ever. I will forever buy from this company. Their product is the most softest, strongest, and most comfortable items I own.

I've had a membership for almost a decade and haven't worn anything besides my ball hammocks since the first time I put them on!

I ordered one pair of their boxer briefs, and wearing it one day got me hooked. So comfortable and the ball pouch worked wonders for me. A day later, I ordered 7 more pairs and as soon as I got them I threw away all of my old underwear. I then recruited my wife and she agreed to try a pair too.

Excellent product excellent customer service

I got the subscription for my husband, who loves the boxers. Once of the shipments never delivered after it was shipped but we didn't notice for a month. I contacted customer service and a replacement order was shipped in the same day!

I had a problem with an order taking an abnormally long time to receive. It showed in my city for 3 days and still did not receive it. I asked for help multiple times but was told to keep waiting. In my opinion it was poor customer service. When someone finally decided to send a replacement pair I received it very quick. Why didn’t my order ship just as quick? I should not have to wait for problems to receive past shipment. Because of this, I am strongly considering no longer using this company! I am very disappointed in the customer service. I will freely share my opinions with others.

Received my order finally. They fit great and feel good, but have 2 other pairs that only have been worn a few times and the center seem below the hammock is coming apart already.

I ordered a pair of socks and was sent the wrong print. The customer service rep was awesome and sent me the right pair with zero hesitation!!! 2000% will order again!!!

Have made many purchases from here if not all then most have not been tracked properly they say label created then all of a sudden boom they arrive no jn between tracking nothing thats if it even arrives! Good luck just go to MeHndies and save yourself the terrible experience here!

I was told my product was delivered by the carrier, but it was in fact not delivered. Customer service was quick, no questions asked, and shipped me out a replacement order within 24 hours. Great customer service.

I stumbled upon Shinesty while hunting for a rare sneaker, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride. The site’s layout was a mess-cluttered, slow, and confusing. I spent 20 minutes searching for the exact pair I wanted, only to find one option in stock. When I finally added it to the cart, the checkout process was a nightmare. The payment page froze, and I had to restart my browser. By the time I got through, the sneaker was already sold out. Disappointed, I left, vowing never to shop there again. But hey, at least I got a good laugh out of the experience.

The underwear is absolutely the most comfortable garment out there for me, and my wife loves hers too. Don't forget to buy one of the suits and the D0ng Sarong too!

Husband loves these and when I had a problem when a pair didn't show..no questions ..Just sent him another pair!!!

At first it annoyed me they didn’t have a number I could call because when they say “we’ll get back to you within 24 hours” it means 3-5 business days, but they got back to me very quickly and and fixed the issue with 1 email and it was the weekend so double points.

I would give a ten star review if it was possible! Every agent at this company always stands on their head to make sure every problem is resolved quickly and efficiently. I had been a customer for many. Many years and thankfully not needed assistance too often. But anytime I have, I am knowing why I am always gonna be a customer for life!

They emailed me with the boxers they were about to send and I didn’t like one of the pairs so they changed it for me straight away no questions asked just fixed it I truly appreciate the fast response form customer service and how they made it right immediately thanks again I truly appreciate it and don’t get me started on the comfort or the product definitely the best boxers I’ve ever owned! And you gotta love the way your package looks when you walking around the house lol!
