This company is a scam, STOP sending me these inappropriate underwear that was a 1 time purchase and continues to be sent and I am charged for. It is impossible to get in touch with this scammer company. Thieves!

Fast shipping, my husband will only west this underwear.

Used to be pretty amazing. Been using them for probably 4 years. Lately the designs in the monthly subscription suck for men and are completely different than women monthly designs. She gets a selection of 5 pages of designs to choose from (the great holiday designs don’t seem to exist) and the men selection is limited to 2 pages. It’s like they keep all the best designs for individual purchase. Shipping is 2 weeks or so for members.

They accepted their over site in delivering a product that was never ordered!

Had an issue with an order and it was resolved incredibly quickly with the customer service team.

Material is thin and cheap. Sizing was awful. Appropriately sized and underwear were baggy. The “pouch” is a joke.

The underwear are great, but a little better tracking info would be great.

Great product, but they're routinely out of stock. And, their website can be quirky and hard to navigate.

Very quick and clear communication.
I wanted to cancel a subscription and modify a different subscription. They were very kind and completed both tasks. I then continued to talk to them about other pairs of clothes and opportunities, and asked about some older models that I loved.

They helped me replace those pairs with newer models that they had in stock and signed me up to get notified for when other models returned. Overall, great service.

Don’t send me a survey on if I like my new underpants when I haven’t received said underpants.
