Shinesty Avis

Love the product and company, however.... They use Shop for all of their payment stuff which I personally dispise

Also, I did the subscription and my 1st pair shipped without a message to choose for the month... They used to do that. Maybe it was buried in their excessive marketing notifications... Ultra spammy to get that much when an active customer.

I didn't receive one of my two orders. Very disappointed.

So had issues with an order and the team quickly shipped out replacements. Those were lost in transit and they shipped out more, so that is great.

Great products

2 stars because I’m getting this email but still haven’t received my order…

Best underwear out there. So much better than sax and stance. The patterns are just as good as the material. The only thing is that I wish the subscription would give you two patterns rather than just two of the same kind but I could have selected them myself. But the underwear are the best never getting anything else.

Keep coming out with cool prints like camouflage and cool designs and I’m in for life. I didn’t like these at first. I originally orders a size large. And it was snug. Xl fits me perfect and these are by far the most comfortable long legs boxer briefs I have ever owned. The American flag and eagle is my favorite along with the camo patterns. I do think they are a bit pricey. So I will wait for sales to purchase more. Last time I got 3 pair for 40$ shipped and I thought that was somewhat fair.

Still haven't received status on my order, or if its shipped. Ordered last Monday.

Fast shipping. Nice undies!

I ordered one pair for my husband to try. He absolutely loved them. All men at some point loose the battle with gravity. Your ball hammock underwear puts those "nuts" back where they belong. I signed up to receive one pair a month. It comes every month like clock work. It's always fun to see what color/pattern he gets next. I've even added my 21 year old grandson to the underwear of the month. He's tried other brands but, says Shinesty is far better than all the others. If the man in your life hasn't tried them, they need to! Best decision I ever made.

I never received the package. Please have someone contact me.

Most comfortable underwear I've ever owned!

I love the products but your shipping partner is a 1 star. They are incredibly slow with too many transfers and then they charge insurance?!

I dont understand why but the croch continues to wear out and rip. Its happened to Every pair ive ordered. EVERYONE.
Its like you guys made em this way.
At $18 a pair and they not lasting long i wont be buying anymore

Products are fine
Shipping is garbage it's like every month I have to email asking where my order is
Even right now iv had 2 shipping labels since the 2nd it's now the 9th and the label still only says shipping label created

The quality of the women's boxers is phenomenal! I love the underwear. Im a 57 year old female and the women's boxers are EXACTLY what I was looking for. I joined as a member and I have 6 pair already. I also love the "beach" theme patterns.

So soft husband loves and gets so happy when that package arrives. We love the designs taking his pants off is now such a fun surprise as to what will be looking back at me. Great fit every time

Love the comfy materials & creativity of the marketing & cool stuff in general ‼️

My husband and I love is underwear! Especially all the fun prints. I had a question about an exchange and customer service helped with no problem. Tin was a great help.

Great experience with customer service and product!
