I am very disappointed
My last purchase I ordered the 7 pack of mystery. Not only did I not receive what I ordered I also was only shipped 3 pair and the items I wanted the most were not in the order. I have been buying these awesome underwear for some time and love them but really bummed about this.

Most comfortable best looking underwear of my life!

The women’s sizes were larger than normal cuts. The men’s had high waist lines and the ballsack was not deep enough. The black washed out after three wash cycles.

My husband really likes the underwear. Only thing is the material seems to have gotten thinner and he wears a hole in them in less than a year now. We have had some for 2+ years before it get a hole and now not even a year a couple months and there is a hole in them.

I was unable to change my subscription order before it shipped. The customer service rep not only sent the items I would have made the change, but also agreed to let me keep the original order. What great service and consideration

the underwear are well made, the process is well automated, the writing of their automated marketing is cute and clever. It's a good price for this kind of underwear.

The product that is sold is great. Customer service is good. The only downfall is I keep getting $10 discount on my next order but I’m not allowed to use it when I try to add stuff to my subscription. Other Thant that everything is good

How nice not to think about my man’s picky underwear/ They do quit after awhile at the top (stretch out) but they are hilarious, comfy and show up without me thinking- go them, order

I fall out of the boob hammocks. I cant wear it but I keep getting them from you and don't know how to change that.

I keep getting message after message to look at the Corn Be Wild that I have been waiting for MONTHS to get and when I click the link it is always the same, no sizes available. I put my email in and then I get emails that I forgot to buy it, but my size isn’t available. It is very upsetting.

You have sent multiple pair of the same underwear. I would rather be able to have the choice to pick mine.
