Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Website says allow 2-4 weeks to process. It has been 7 weeks and I have not even received an answer from my multiple inquiries regarding my order. Makes me think this is a one person operation working out of their basement - hopefully I have not been scammed. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I don’t understand all the hate. Ember is amazing and yes the USPS takes time and says ready to ship mine did for a week and my orders always arrive a day early than USPS says ember is always working so hard to get orders out AND respond to e-mails shipping out of the US with take time to i WILL be ordering again

Disappointed
Sadly I can not give this business a good review. My daughter ordered merchandise through this site and it came but very late. Understandable, we are in Australia and our post has been slow. She ordered again in August and paid, she still hasn’t received her order or had an answer to any email that she has sent.
I was Not aware of this when I put in an order in October for my daughters Christmas Presents . I received a T-shirt out of the order , which included Phone cases and more articles of clothing . I emailed to see if the rest of the order would be sent before Christmas. She replied and apologized and said she would sent it straight away .
It was never sent. Now my emails are not being answered .
I am very disappointed as I like to support small businesses, but this one is not just slow. She has taken my money and won’t even respond to my emails .
Not professional at all .

I ordered a phone case for my daughter on November 27th. My account has been charged and I had received a notification that USPS was awaiting shipment along with a tracking code. The tracking code shows that my item still hasn’t shipped yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now I most likely won’t receive it on time. I tried contacting the company and received no response. I then went to their website and it is closed down stating that it reopens on December 14th. Is this a scam?
