In regards to the riser kit depth, the legs are adjustable to raise the shower tray to the require length, however they do have a maximum of 100mm. I can see this is noted on the product page, however we will make more effort to make this more clear.

Two damaged trays and no contact!
First shower tray to be delivered was damaged, which while frustrating was handled well and a replacement was organised, we were expected to dispose of the damaged tray ourselves which took up a bit skip space. The second tray to arrive was even more damaged than the first. Which was again reported and were advised they would check with the supplier, following which I have heard nothing back. After chasing twice I was forced to order another tray from another supplier in order to ensure it arrived on time. Collection of the damaged tray was organised when I advised I would want a refund and return, but I have still had no response to my last few contacts and have no idea when a refund will be forthcoming.
Though they have managed to email me 3 times today asking for a review so here I am.

From having looked into this, I can see one of our suppliers fulfilled the order and I must say usually the delivery service with this particular supplier is excellent, however we do understand that these things do happen. We pride ourselves on how we handle these issues and i'm disappointed to see we have not met our usual standard.
My colleague who usually deals with returns was on annual leave at the time and due to sickness we were low on staff numbers meaning the communication wasn't as responsive as it should have been and for this I am truly sorry.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and we have failed to meet this, and this simply is not good enough. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience the delivery caused. Despite our deliveries being kerbside only meaning assistance may be required, we have let ourselves down as trolleys should always be on our vans so that the driver can unload the goods with ease. This has been escalated to our logistics manager to ensure this doesn't happen again.
We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have failed on this. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

I ordered a shower tray that was out of stock, Tanyka contacted me an offered a variety of alternatives and arranged to hold onto the tray until I was ready to pick it up. The emails were genuinely friendly and helpful and demonstrated a great can do customer experience. That makes a real difference when Choosing where to shop

Website and delivery would benefit from improvements
I ordered 3 trays with free waste, somehow the online ordering system can only let me have 3 trays with 2 wastes, I had to complete the order then call the office to get my order updated.
When I was given a delivery date and time, nothing had happened, the office called to say that the driver forgot my delivery, rescheduled to the following day, I was fine with it. A second call came, my delivery had to be rescheduled to the following week because of issues with the vehicle, with some patience, I received the goods in good condition.

The tray and shower screen have not been installed. The product it good quality and what we expected, heavier than anticipated. The delivery driver was very helpful and delivered in the time slot provided very good service

Excellent customer service.
Found the item I wanted. Paid and awaited delivery. The night before I realised I’d ordered the wrong size. Spoke to the company on the due day of delivery. I explained my mistake.
They made no fuss about it whatsoever. We agreed I’d refuse the item when it arrived. And that I’d order a new one. All of which I did.
The next day the correct sized tray arrived. Refund to be sorted.

Ordered a shower tray, two towel radiators and valves. I have to say very helpful staff - they did their utmost to assist me during all calls made and very quickly sorted out a minor problem. Great experience - would definitely use again. Many thanks!

Good selection of products at fair…
Good selection of products at fair prices delivered in a reasonable time also driver helped carry the load into the house and gave me advice on storing the tray flat on level ground if i was not fitting it for a while ( so it shape would not distort )

We do advise in our returns policy that a handling fee will apply to any return. I can see in the instance of your order, the supplier who delivered directly to you provided a collection from your home address so this handling fee covered this cost and the cost of inspection on return.
We do believe we are clear with this information and this can be found online prior to ordering, however we do of course respect your views and will take this on board under our next review as we always aim to keep costs to a minimum.
