Great customer service
I telephoned and spoke with Baz who reassured me regarding the specifications of a shower screen I had seen on the website and wanted to order. He took the order and helped me with timescales and courier arrangements. A day later he contacted the couriers to ensure the screen was delivered on the day when I would be at home.

I ordered a component for our shower on…
I ordered a component for our shower on the 19th October...its now the 29th and it still hasnt been delivered!!!.. something smells fishy here, and its not because i havn't been able to shower!!!!

We are very sorry to hear that you’re still waiting on this item to be delivered, and we are equally disappointed to then receive this review, particularly as we have not been contacted to give us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
We can see your order was placed on the 19th and dispatched the same day via DHL.
Having now checked the tracking, we can see that DHL experienced delays in transport, followed by a further delay at their depot. This is clearly a failing on DHL’s part, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are sending a replacement item via a different carrier to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

Red flag
Remember when buying radiators any shop that hides BTU rating so you do not know if it is T30 is a scam.
* They indeed have btu filter. BTU values are at delta 70. They use it to over inflate BTU. UK standard is delta 50. Check yourselves with ai. Radiator rated at 5,000 BTU at Delta 70 (ΔT70) will output approximately 3,229 BTU at Delta 50 (ΔT50). So you see where scam is.
Also example here product code VER500-13-N BTU advertised is 6500 but no info about what delta

On looking on our website we do list the BTU rating and have a filter on our website to select the BTU rating you require.

Poor experience.
Showerstoyou had issues with supplying my basin wastes. They stated on their website that they were available and would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. The actual delay was 9 days until delivery.I suspect they use wholesale distributers rather than carry stock.They did apologise and tried "their best" to get my order....so because the actual product ,when they eventually were delivered, was excellent, I've given 3 stars. Doubt I'll be using them again .

We are disappointed to hear that there was issue with the delivery of your new Marflow basin wastes ordered. On investigation, we can see that we had processed your order, the Marflow basin waste were being transferred to us, and the estimated lead time of 5 – 7 working days would have been adhered to. We received your email chasing the delivery 14th September, and chased this up and were advised that there would be a delay with delivering your order. We also note that we had received a 2nd email to chase the delivery, to which we advised that there would be a further delay. In order to ensure that no further delays, we instructed the manufacturer to ship your order directly to you.
We sincerely apologise for the delays and issues surrounding the delivery of your order. We can assure you that this is an isolated incident. When there are issues and delays with deliveries to our customer, we do communicate with the customers to ensure that they are aware of the delays. On this occasion this was not the case to which we do apologise for.

You were out of stock with my orginal order and then
the manufacturer had discontinued it. The team
recommended a suitable replacement which was fine and cheaper. Very good customer service.
