Website does not show live stock levels
Very competitive prices but placed an order and was emailed the next day to say item is not available. The website does not show live stock levels. They informed me would be a 4 week wait to get the bath from the supplier. Company issued a refund without question, but I have to wait 5-7 working days to get the money back. Company should step their game up and have a live system to prevent this type of thing occurring.

Our website isnt stock controlled I'm afraid it just gives a rough overview, we do get a lot of our items from suppliers and on occasions they dont inform us of any stock issues etc.
I can see we contacted you about this in a very professional and quick manner.
We dont have control of bank processing times so we have to advise that timeframe, we do issue the refund straight away our end but this is out of our control, I'm afraid.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused here.
If you do wish to shop with us again please call us to check stock before placing the order.

Dissapointing experiance
ordering was straightforward.But was informed less than 12hours after order that there was a stock problem and they would not be stocking the item in future. A refund was issued.Can't fault the customer service but this caused me to search again and have to pay more for my item in another store.

Swift service
Swift service - items arrived well before anticipated day of delivery. Driver particularly helpful, lifted shower tray up and over the front door step and left it at the foot of the stairs. Guidance given by driver about how to maintain the shower tray and avoid distortion of the tray before fitting.

This is a MX tray and we clearly state the below on the product description.
Please note, MX Elements Walk-In Shower Trays have a tolerance of +10mm then +/- 3mm at the base, and +6mm then +/- 3mm at the top of the tray.
I am so sorry if this was missed!

After reviewing your order, we can see you received a damaged Tray, I am so sorry about this!
This was sent directly from our supplier and they will be collecting that from us, we have arranged to get the tray collected from you so we can then issue the refund.
We do have to speak with suppliers and unfortunately on occasions there can be delay in getting a response from them, we do always confirm this upon receipt of email and that we aim to contact you back within 48 hours, I can see this was confirmed with yourself.
We take great pride in our delivery service, however due to the nature of the items there are sometimes damages on rare occasions.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience caused here.

I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive delivery experience for your order.
We take great pride in our delivery service, however due to the nature of the items there are sometimes damages on rare occasions.
Whilst we do stock an extensive range of products, we also rely on a number of suppliers for items that are not held in our warehouse, on this occasion this was sent directly from our supplier.
Having reviewed this I can see you emailed into us on the 12th January to confirm the damage and the replacement was delivered to you within a couple of working days.
I appreciate this doesn't change whats happened but we did rectify the issue promptly and quickly.
Once again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
