I haven't received all the items i' ve ordered.
I have already sent email but i haven't received any answer about the product missing and how i will receive back my money.

I'm almost sent them 4-5 texts requesting my money back or send me the missing product i've paid for and still waiting..

For sure I will not recommend!

I ordered a part and a month later I asked where the part was. At first they didn't even want to find my order, then later they said it couldn't be ordered. That store is a bad joke!

Guys, stay far away from this scam thief gang group!!!! I have ordered 2 months ago a body part which was confirmed that the delivery has been ordered from the transportation company. However since then the status has never changed. I have wrote several requests to repay me the paid amount since the paracel never arrived. A Guy named Armin refused saying in case the paracel will arrive I will have the money and the package as well. I have also contacted the transportation company they have never received the paracel. Silux could never prove they had handed over. This is a trick what they use as business. Cheating small amounts from Clients what they will never stand up for. STAY FAR AWAY!!! I have reported the case to authorities to start the police investigation and lock these thiefs away from society!!!

Μακαρι να μην ψώνιζα ποτέ από εκεί ... απατεώνες στέλνουν λάθος ή χτυπημένα πράγματα χωρίς καν να τα συσκευάζουν ...και όταν έρθει η ώρα αλλαγής η επιστροφής χρημάτων κρύβονται και κάνουν ότι δεν καταλαβαίνουν.

Giving this company a one star is too much. I ordered A mirror at the end of May. I received it about 10 days later. Maybe longer. When I opened the package they had the wrong mirror. I asked for c3 they sent me for c5. I had a hard time communicating with them in Greek, English, and their language whicjlh I used google translate. I sent it back around 11/06 today is 27/06 I have no idea if they received it..I haven't had any type of response. I'm probably at a loss of 22 euros. Don't shop from them.

I sent the wrong part back, all as instructed. It came to the adress, delivered in time, I have proof of that but they lost it and now they refuse to give me money back. Thieves and liars! Do not recommend!

Rendeltem első díszléceket, a jobb első megfelelő a bal oldali egy másik típusra való. Mikor reklamáltam a saját költségemre kellett vissza küldenem és egy hónap alatt semmi nem történt. A vicc az egészben, hogy ők hibáztak és én fizessen a posta költséget. Előre kifizettem és több mint egy hónapja nem kapom meg az alkatrészt. Vásárlás ideje február 10. most április 9.van és nem kaptam semmit. Link cég!

Ich habe bei obigen Unternehmen eine Servopumpe bestellt. Der Versand nach D war zwar ziemlich teuer, aber der Gesamtpreis war immer noch in Ordnung. Nach ein paar Tagen kam der Artikel auch an, jedoch entsprach der Artikel nicht der Artikel-Abbildung im Internet, da die Pumpe nicht mit der abgebildeten Riemenscheibe montiert war sondern mit einer anderen die somit für das angegebene Fahrzeug nicht passt. Desweiteren war die Verpackung miserabel, der Karton mit der Pumpe wurde einfach ohne weitere Polsterung in ein Paket geschmissen und so verschickt. Beim Auspacken hatte ich somit schon ein Ölfeuchten Karton. Nach einigem Email hin und her geschreibe bot man mir an den Artikel an die mir per Email übermittelte Adresse zu meinen Lasten zurückzusenden. Also habe ich den Artikel im Gegensatz zu Silux vernüftig gepolstert verpackt und für die Kosten von 20€!!!! zurück geschickt.
Das Ende vom Lied ist nun, dass Silux trotz vorhandener Zustellbestätigung seitens DHL behauptet dass der Artikel nicht angekommen ist und sich weigert das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Vielen Dank für Nichts! Da sich bei diesem Warenwert kein Rechtsstreit lohnt bleibe ich nun auf den komletten Kosten inkl. Kosten für Retoure sitzen. Wieder behauptet sich mal, wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal.
Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten dort zu kaufen.
P.S. man hält es dort nicht mal für nötig das Bild in der Artikelbeschreibung anzupassen. Es ist immer noch genauso falsch wie vor etlichen Wochen. Silux scheint es einen Dreck zu interessieren. Echt tolles Geschätsgebaren.....

ho messo un stella perchè ero obbligato, il 23 marzo ho ordinato uno specchio laterale per la mia macchina ma ad oggi non so nulla, non si può scrivere perchè hanno una mail noreply apposta per non ricevere nulla. ho sbagliato a non leggere le recensioni prima infatti nono avrei ordinato nulla. mi auguro che qualcuno legga questa recensione e non ACQUISTI NULLA. la prox. volta vado in un magazzino ricambi, pagherò qualcosa in più ma almeno esco con il ricambio in mano ENNESIMA AZIENDA ON-LINE NATA PER FREGARE LE PERSONE

There were completely different products in the package than what I ordered. This has never happened to me before. I wrote an email, a day has passed, and they still haven't responded. If, despite the error, they helpfully and quickly send the correct product or refund the price, I will change the score, until then it will remain one star.

A rendelésem két részletben küldték pedig emailben jeleztem nekik, hogy egyben kérem a szállítási költségek miatt. Sajnos ezt elrontották.
Az egyik kért termékem mérethibás volt, a belső VW jel foglalata nem 150mm-es, hanem 130mm-es. Ez utólag megoldható ha külön veszek ehhez jelet, sajnos a másik jel így feleslegesen lett megvéve.
A másik terméket visszaküldtem mert nem az én típusú autómra való. Ez megtörtént 2024.12.23-án, a posta szerint megérkezett az általuk kért címre 2024.12.30-án. A mai napig (2025.01.21.) nem kaptam vissza a termék és a nem kevés 6300 Forintos visszaküldésért kiadott szállítási költséget! Kedves Silux cég állítása szerint nem érkezett meg a csomag 1 hónapja, a bizonylatokat, Posta nyomomkövetést nem veszik figyelembe!
Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a minősíthetetlen céget! Nem azt kaptam amit rendeltem és 1 hónapja a levegőben van a pénzem!
Remélem a fogyasztó védelem segít ebben a kellemetlen helyzet megoldásában amit ez a cég okozott nekem.

My order was shipped in two parts, even though I had requested in an email that it be sent in one shipment to avoid additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, they failed to comply with this.

One of the requested items was incorrect in size. The inner VW logo holder was not 150mm as advertised, but 130mm. This issue can be solved if I buy another emblem separately, but unfortunately, the other emblem I purchased became useless due to this.

I returned the other product because it was not suitable for my car model. The return was initiated on December 23, 2024, and according to the postal service, it was delivered to the requested address on December 30, 2024. However, as of today (January 21, 2025), I still have not received a refund for the product or the substantial shipping cost of 6300 HUF! The Silux company claims that they have not received the package, despite the fact that I provided the receipt and postal tracking information, which they refuse to acknowledge.

I absolutely cannot recommend this unprofessional company to anyone! I did not receive what I ordered, and my money has been in limbo for a month! I hope the consumer protection authorities will assist me in resolving this frustrating situation caused by this company.

Μου έστειλαν λάθος προϊόν το έκανα επιστροφή και δεν το παρέλαβε ποτέ κανείς απλά πετάς τα λεφτά σου καλύτερα να το πληρώσεις από κάποιο άλλο κατάστημα ποιο ακριβά παρά να στα φάνε αυτοί

Scrivo 1 stella perchè non ce 0. Ho sbagliato a non leggere le recensioni prima di ordinare la griglia per Mitsubischi. E' arrivata sbagliata, diversa dalle foto,naturalmente ho mandato subito l'email per come procedere con la restituzione, a mia spesa naturalmente, spedito il pacchetto avrò scritto diverse volte se è arrivato ma ogni volta rispondevano che non era arrivato. Poi un giorno si presenta il corriere con il pacchetto tornato indietro, naturalmente chiedendomi altri soldi se lo rispedivo. Ho scritto alla Silux e mi hanno risposto che non era arrivato, il corriere invece ha confermato in quanto il destinatario aveva richiesto il fermo deposito presso la sede ma non è andata a ritirarla. In più hanno chiesto di pagare nuovamente la spedizione, mi sono rifiutato perchè sarebbero soldi spesi invano dato che non si è mai sicurezza che il pacco arrivi. Hanno sbagliato loro, hanno mandato il prodotto sbagliato ma con la faccia tosta non hanno pagato la spedizione. In più mi devo sentire dire che ho sbagliato io ect. Provvederò con vie legali. DITTA ASSOLUTAMENTE INAFFIDABILE.

dopo aver provato a contattarli via mail e telefono, mi hanno contattato loro solo a seguito di una brutta recensione, mi hanno fornito il tracking del corriere.
