Took my money and got a mail saying part had shipped. When nothing arrived I rang them and they said they’d check status. Nothing happened so rang again. They said they’d been a mistake and they didn’t have the part. Gave them my refund details. Refund didn’t happen. Chased again. Unimpressed.

What a joke paid for Ford mondeo 2016 track rod, get a call 45min later part was sold from before. Train your staff to be organised an polite. Website everything else looks tiptop

Order a part which was the wrong one, have tried to contact them numerous occasions with regards to returning the part but no response at all. Defo will not use them again which is a shame because the part was prompt in delivery and well package

Last week I bid for a kia ceed 2011 and I won the auction. The description of the car was saying that the car starts and drives and there are no problems with the car. I checked the car on internet and nothing appeared to be wrong with the car(i checked the car before i bid)
Last night on 21st of September I received the car and firstly the car had damaged bumper ( in the photos of the car the bumper was absolutely fine) and the car did not start, I had to give electricity to the car with cables in order to start the car. After the car was running I noticed a lot, a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust and a very noise engine. I contacted the seller which is Motor Body Services(Salford) ltd and the manager told me that it is not his problem. The email seemed rude and the guy did not care at all that he sold me a faulty car that could put me in danger on the road and he sold me a completely different product than it was on the website in terms of damages and engine problems.
I have all the proofs against them and I hope you guys think twice before you bid on this site, because the sellers hide many details of the cars and they give descriptions about the cars to make people think that the cars are completely fine and with no problems, even though is not like this.
Do not use this site if you do not want to waste your money on cars that are not functional.

Phoned up to get a wing mirror told me they had mine there sold it to me and told me delivery will be on Monday it didn't arrive until Tuesday and n was wrong one
I rang back up the man was less than polite Carlos and then Malcolm tried to just palm me off trying to just get back mirror and give refund which will take five days and me taking a day off for all of this means nothing to them
Customer service from start to finish was diabolical there was no apology no nothing would advise never to go here if you don t want to waste your time

Not good post Lockdown.
The charges have gone through the roof. Minimum charge of £2 for anything plus "Environmental" charge of £1 plus a valuation of the part I wanted of £2.
£5 for a tiny piece of plastic trim. Even some of the guys behind the counter were shaking heads in disbelief at how much the computer was trying to charge.
They will lose a lot of loyal customers with this new way. The guys behind the counter were telling me people were leaving parts on the sales desk after being told how much and walking away. I did too.

This company is superbly efficient, friendly and honest. They were recommended to us by the garage from whom we bought a new car and they were immediately responsive and helpful. Within 24 hours our old car was driven away, all paperwork completed and a cheque for a very fair price left with us.
