I have used silver saints three times now. Last time the Saint was late and there was some poor communication. The company reached out to apologise and rectify this appropriately.

Vasile, was polite and respectful. He took time to understand the cause of the problem and then corrected it. We was mindful of ensuring there was no mess etc.
