Fabulous Customer Service
We visited Sinclair Land Rover Ludlow, for a ‘look’ at what vehicle we might upgrade to. Glenn was our salesman and was really friendly and accommodating.
Originally we were looking at a Velar, but after a closer look we soon realised it wasn’t going to be big enough for our young family. We were soon pointed in the direction of a Discovery and Glenn was very helpful and explained all features etc. After a test drive our minds were soon made up, the deal was done and less than a week later we were back to part exchange our Tiguan and collect our Discovery.
Our experience was great and would highly recommend.

Sales Executive - Mark
The sales executive Mark was extremely helpful and explained the whole buying and PCP purchase process in a very detailed manner. He took extra time to explain, in simple terms, all the variety of functions that the Evoque has, which were all very new to me.
My partner and I were impressed with Mark's overall professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a Land Rover/Range Rover for the first time.

Underwhelming
I was expecting a more premium experience, I have to admit it was more of an anticlimax. I was super excited about picking up the new car. Having travelled a decent journey to get there I wasn’t even offered a coffee and the welcome just didn’t feel very warm. The negotiating and info received prior to buying the car was all very good in fairness, it was just the experience in the showroom that felt rushed and like I was a bit of an inconvenience. Appreciate this is open to opinion but that’s mine!

Ive never really enjoyed the car buying…
Ive never really enjoyed the car buying process as Ive found it to be pretentious and intimidating at times.
I recently purchased a Landrover Defender from Sinclair Landrover in Ludlow working with Jason Soden and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure.
Jason managed to pull together a great deal and overcame a number of issues I created with the sale of my own car.
Jason is just one of those genuine people you can trust, like a pal. He made buying a new car an experience and not just a financial process.

Very satisfying.
I had a thoroughly satisfying experience buying my new Defender from Sinclairs at Ludlow. My salesperson Jason was very professional and understanding of my requirements and at the handover I was made to feel very special indeed. I will definitely be buying any future vehicles from this dealership.

Avoid at all cost !!!
Travelled from Ireland to purchase an approved Range Rover sport from this dealership I arrived and the purchase was pretty easy and vehicle was as described actually was a nicer car than what I expected. As I left the dealership heading for the boat I noticed that the bonnet was lifting on the driver side as I got out opened then reclosed the bonnet serval times it appeared the bonnet latch was faulty. I rang the dealership and they said I would receive a call back but they didn’t so I phoned a recovery firm to come collect the car and take it to the ferry as the car was unable to be driven as risk of bonnet coming up and causing an accident. I then had to get the vehicle recovered from the ferry to my home address and then again called the dealer to explain the issue and was told to try opening and closing the bonnet and if all else fails to contact Land Rover service to take a look at the vehicle. My local dealership have booked the car in for a replacement bonnet latch for the 22nd of this month which has left me without a car for almost 3 weeks and this dealership doesn’t seem to care as soon as I paid them they have got what they wanted and want nothing to do with me.

We have spoken to the General Sales manager at Sinclair Land Rover Ludlow and he has confirmed the call only came into them when you were on the Ferry back to Ireland, so due to the vehicle being exported, we only had the one option to recommend you go to your local retailer. We can ensure you, if you were still in the country we would have collected the vehicle and resolved the issue ahead of the export. Excellent customer service
We recently purchased a vehicle from Sinclair Ludlow. Because we live in the Isle of Man there was a problem with re-taxing it in the IOM.
There is an anomaly between UK & IOM road tax systems making it very difficult & bureaucratic to import a UK vehicle to the IOM.
Sinclair sales department sorted it out for us. In particular Iain Booth (Sales Manager) & Jason Soden (Sales) went the extra mile to resolve the problem.
