Don't trust Land rover approved
Purchased a Discovery 5 less than 12 months ago. After driving <5k it has been in the local dealership more than not. Latest was issue with breaks where car was sold with none standard parts and what my local dealership described as poorly fitted front breaks. I have contacted Ludlow who have responded to say breaks were fine when they sold it. No other response to emails. Please dont ask me to email sale manger like your other reviews as I have done that and still not got a response.

Knowledgeable & Professional Staff
The staff were welcoming (great staff uniform by the way!) and Jason Soden who handled our initial enquiry and subsequent purchase, was also extremely helpful, friendly but very professional and knowledgeable throughout. This included the multitude of questions from us on the test drive which may have tested him! All resulting in a very streamlined process from start to final purchase.

Easy, knowledgable and no pressure
Jason and the team made the experience of buying the car easy, they were very knowledgable but when didn’t know they checked and/or found a colleague that did. These are highly technical cars and this aspect really helped. Jason was responsive with everything I asked along the way.

Mark is true gentleman and a credit to land rover. He is very accomodating and trust worthy. He took his time to show us around our new vehicle and stayed late on his weekend to ensure we had a smooth handover. You can't ask for more.

First class experience in buying our Defender from Jason.
Great communication from Jason who should us a number of defenders and discovery's explaining all the functions of each. He then allowed us to take them for a test drive and was totally relaxed and not pushing for a sale. We found the experience first class and when we travelled to Ludlow by train to pick up my defender Jason picked us up and on arrival at land rover offered refreshments again in a comfortable environment and sorted all the paperwork out with minimal fuss and time. Customer Service
Jason the sales representative was extremely professional and efficient in all his tasks. Its the staff that makes a company successful and you have a really good sales person. We will return to Ludlow even though we are 1 hour drive away.
Our family now own 3 Landrover vehicles, moving away from the German market and have been pleasantly surprised by Landrover vehicles. Well done.
