A very positive experience
I’ve used the Land Rover Hay on Wye dealership for 7/8 years since purchasing my LR Discovery Sport from them and have always received a polite and professional service from the staff there. I recently had a major service and repair done and Yaz and Angus were a pleasure to deal with and (as always) delightful, upbeat and kept me well informed of progress.

From initial contact on the telephone both Tom and Jarrod treated us well, they were polite and knowledgeable. We were based in Cornwall and they were based in Port Talbot and once a deal had been agreed on the telephone we went to Port Talbot to test drive the vehicle in order to seal the deal. The car was ready for us when we arrived and we took it away with us after a detailed hand over

I could not believe how helpful the staff member called ALISHIA was throughout my visit . She was incredible printing out documents with images to determine what parts I had to order and all other helpful information . Superb customer service
I saw a car that I wanted to buy in the Newport branch, I asked the Cardiff branch for advice. I had taken out an extended warranty on mine which had 10 months left to run, they had also given me a valuation 1 month previously. When I asked if they could help with the warranty they could not and also dropped the valuation by £350.
I called the Newport branch and dealt with Kyle who went above and beyond, not only did he and his manager Ash sort the warranty issue, they honoured the initial valuation.
I saw the car on the Tuesday, took it for a really good test drive, I collected it on the Friday. Kyle did a brilliant, thorough handover.
This is customer service at its best! Well done guys, it was a pleasure dealing with you, I’ll definitely return and recommend you.
