Prompt service a good product.
The service was prompt and the product (a cover for a pillow) is good. My only small concern was that the delivery charge was rather high for a light item which could have been sent more cheaply.

I sent a email to enquire when an item would be back in stock. True to their word they emailed me when it came in. I order the same day and it was delivered a few days later (along with a free gift) I ordered the balanced body lite box and thanks for the foot strap. Amazing friendly servie

Thank you for the review. We have been in contact now for the last week about this issue.
As discussed with you, you placed an order for the Sissel Soft Curve which we dispatched to you and you have had since the end of April.
You then made us aware after over 2 weeks that you had ordered the wrong pillow and wanted to swap.
Unfortunately as the pillow has been used we can not accept return for exchange to a different pillow for hygiene reasons.
This is my second pillow
This is my second pillow. So comfortable and perfectly fits my neck. I couldn’t sleep without it. It’s firm and supportive.

Still waiting for the goods
My order was shipped and to be delivered last Wednesday. An email offered a different delivery date which I changed to Friday as I was out on Wednesday and Thursday. I received confirmation.
FedEx came on Thursday, left a note saying they would deliver before 6pm on Friday.
I stayed in. No delivery. Email said the parcel was delayed. Still no sign of it. Not impressed … at least, not impressed by FedEx.
