Broken toilet. Despite 4 complaints, no action taken
Provided a wheelchair accessible toilet with a broken door and never did anything about it for 3 weeks despite a phone call that day or 3 other calls. Today I have been cut off twice while complaining to accounts who tried to bill me for another 4 weeks.
Would definitely use Site Equip again
I hired a portaloo from Site Equip while I was having an extension done on my house, and honestly it made things a lot easier.
Everything was pretty straightforward from the start. When I first got in touch, they were helpful and easy to deal with—no messing about, just clear answers and got me booked in quickly. Delivery turned up when they said it would, which was important because we had builders starting that same day.
The toilet itself was clean and in good condition and kept that way during the hire. With people in and out working every day, it definitely did the job and saved a lot of hassle.
Collection was just as smooth—turned up, took it away, no issues.
Overall, it was just a really easy, no-stress experience. I’d use Site Equip again without thinking twice and would recommend them if you need something like this for building work.

Where do I start worst service ever
Where do I start worst service ever. On ordering the toilet it states would get a phone call day before regarding delivery time. This never happened, delivery day arrived it never arrived, was booked to arrive the next working day by 9am didn’t arrive till after lunch no toilet to use for over 4 hours. Paper work stated weekly cleans in the 4 weeks it was with us cleaned twice which we had to phone and request. Communication awful they have a WhatsApp number they never reply to messages even though you can see they have seen the message. Safe to say won’t be using these again if needed overall awful service. Email stated would get a phone call the day before from the pick up team to collect the loo no phone call try to phone them no answer I turned my number to no caller id and they answered. Said it would be collected and still waiting to be collected. They are a disgrace of a company no communication at all and all they offered for the delay at the start was a measly £10 off what a complete joke. So we put in to off hire on the 27th march nobody turned up to collect nobody attempted to make contact, I had to call someone at 4.45 that afternoon to find out what was going on. Apparently the bloke collecting had been in the area but didn’t bother collecting. I was meant to get confirmation reguarding collection for now Tuesday 31st nothing, phoned them up again Monday 30th to confirm collection was still taking place. I’ve also tried to make contact with someone regarding this review as per your reply but no one is returning my calls. I’ve also sent an email with details of how to contact but as yet no one has spoke to myself. Having finally spoke to a manager yesterday afternoon after waiting all day for someone to speak to me I was promised the loo would be collected 31st march in the morning here we are afternoon and still hasn’t been collected. I was also told someone would call me back today to discuss some refund as yet no phone call to discuss. All broken promises please avoid this company at all costs. And finally porta loo was not collected by 2.30 on the 31st conveniently it broke down same as delivery day. Was told a 2 hour wait when I told them site would be closed at 2.30. So now it’s sat on a property until the 6th of April when access can be gained again. Not one phone call from them I’ve had to do all the chasing for everything for the last 4 weeks. This company is full of excuses from delivering to collection there will be some excuse given. I would advise if you want to hire a porta loo go else where to accompany that will keep there word on the contract from phone calls to cleaning.

Ignorant Customer Service - bullying tactics when invoice queried
Terrible servicing of the unit, even worse customer service and ignorant responses in relation to the invoice in query.
Our small ladies only gym business had a unit on long term hire from a company with no issues. With no formal or clear communication Site Equip took over the other company. In that first month I called twice, we were out of sanitiser and the water was getting green (not blue) and very unpleasant. I got cut off on the phone twice and third time promised someone would contact me. They did not. I called again, still no follow up.
Over and over again I complained, until I emailed to say that I was not paying for lack of service and would rather not have the unit. They collected the unit the next day, which as such short notice left us without for 3 days. Just another selfish act of this company. Despite me cancelling on the basis of unsatisfactory servicing they kept chasing for payment for the invoice. Which I had contested since day one... and the only reason I cancelled the unit. I even offered to show proof that we have continued hire elsewhere... why would I cancel with them if they had been servicing the unit satisfactorily??
As a new heavily pregnant woman I have had to chase credit control every day for a fortnight to get some decision from the powers above. After two weeks they said no the invoice is due in full. They do not take on board anything from their customers and just bully with additional charging tactics. We had the unit many months beforehand with no issues and no issues with our new company. Why would I make this up, the principle of how this company operates is very morally low.
This company do not care about any complaint or poor service they provide and will just bully a small business to pay when service was not satisfactory or received. Their driver was clearly having them over as also claimed he couldn't gain access due to a school event... nonsense we have separate gate and access.
I would not trust this company or use them ever again. Not that I even had a choice using them in the first place as they took over from our previously great provider.

Great service and reliability
Reliable over 2 1/2 years of hire for a toilet whilst I had building works done at home. They were easy to contact, helpful and came every week without fail to clean the toilet. I have had a lot of bad experiences with my building project, but this company was definitely one of the good ones and I recommend their services.

We have been using this company for 3.5 years. We have a large disabled toilet permanently at our cafe.
I can highly recommend the service they provide.
Would like to say a special thanks to Karl who regularly deals with our weekly services. He's a a top bloke, so friendly and happy and does the best job. He’s definitely an asset to the company.
Also to mention Debbie who i have spoken to on the phone a few times. She is so nice and kind and super helpful.
