I purchased 2 flip up medical face shields on 7th July and have not worn them very often maybe 4 or 5 times and the rubber / elastic link has snapped on both.

I received a response within 2 hours of contacting Site King Safety requesting my order number and a photo of the item, which I did.

I was issued with a full refund, and that Quality Control would ensure no other customer would suffer the same issue.

I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome.

I bought a face shield from Site King but it had a crease at eye level, probably caused by the packaging. However on complaining I was treated extremely well & the product was replaced very quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone

ordered a face shield from site king which was folded up and damaged by our postman. reported to post office who were not interested. my son said let the company know. i sent them an email just to let them know. within 24 hours had a new shield delivered ( not by post office) WHAT FANTASTIC CUSTOMER CARE.

Following my complaint: customer service swiftly reimbursed me, did not require me to return the items and explained the taxes satisfactorily. I should say that the same item is for sale at different prices.

I purchased my face visors easily on this website, the customer services team were excellent, a great overall service, good quality product and delivered as promised.

Excellent customer service. Wrong order delivered but Aston arranged replacements and they were delivered within 24 hours

Placed order very easily on website for face shields and masks, have been kept informed all the way regarding delivery which was very prompt. Very impressed.

Items delivered quickly but garment a different colour from that ordered. When this was pointed out, the supplier immediately applied a refund to compensate.

Whilst it was a shame that the wrong colour of item was sent, the situation was dealt with in a speedy and acceptable manner. I will use this supplier again.

Ordered some masks and after a week and some, nothing had arrived. I emailed and got a quick response back and more masks were put into a delivery for me to receive next day. I know the postal service is slow at the moment so it was much appreciated. Excellent service. Will order again.

Needed protective equipment urgently for a vulnerable member of my family. Conor went above and beyond in ensuring that the order was fulfilled ahead of time and that I got my order as soon as possible!

I recently ordered protective face visor and face masks. I queued the grade of mask but infact I received the correct items I had ordered. Unknown to me you refunded the cost of masks (which I hadn’t asked for) as a gesture of goodwill. This demonstrates true customer care and I certainly will be ordering from you again

I used Site King for the first time for some work trousers, and although there was a mix up on my order they resolved the problem in less than 12 hours, brilliant customer service and happy with work trousers I bought. Will use again and will recommend to family and friends.
