Sit 'n Sleep Avis 

Our Sit n Sleep experience went very well, as usual. We’re a long time customer, and will continue to be. Delivery service was perfect and very well managed.

I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a mattress. In fact, I was going to just send my husband in and make him pick one without me, that’s how much anxiety I was hanging. So, I called the Murrieta location off Los Alimos and asked the lady who answered if they even had the mattress I had been eyeing online. I explained we had different tastes in mattresses, and she offered a solution I hadn’t thought of, and after a brief but pleasant conversation, she asked me to come in to the store. She was so nice, and since they didn’t have the mattress I was thinking of, I gave it a shot. We were met by Matt, who analyzed our pressure points (I didn’t even know that was a thing) and was so patient with us as we tried all these different mattresses. Long story longer- both Matt and his partner offered such great customer service that we left with a mattress and adjustable frame that we LOVE! I would definitely recommend this location, they turned a stressful and anxiety ridden process (for me) into an almost enjoyable experience and we left super happy. Thank you Matt! The delivery guys were great too!

Great sales assistance, we got what we were looking for, and the delivery was on time and we got plenty of information about our new beds

I was completely satisfied with Reza and his knowledge of the products. There was no pressure for my decision making and he explained all of the options that came with my decisions and purchase. The delivery team was completely amazing! They did the haul away and set up my new bed in about 30 minutes. They even asked if I wanted to vacuum first before they set everything up. They then coached me through the remote control functions of the adjustable bed frame. I believe that their names were Caesar, Hugo, and a third brother that I can’t recall his name right now. Truck #41.
The delivery was 2 days earlier than promised and the delivery crew were phenomenal! I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Sit N’ Sleep in the future. Awesome experience! Thank you!

Floyd was wet helpful and took our concerns in to helping us find the correct mattress. We had next day delivery which was wonderful. He explained everything about there warranty, and how we have 120 days to try it out. My husband and I both have different issues with our backs and hips. Looking forward to sleeping on it tonight. He did explain that it may take at least 10 days, possibly longer to break it in. He's the manager at the store on Hamner in Norco.

The delivery was fast and no hassle. Had the best sleep in a long time.

They gave us a time frame and honored it. They also gave us a head up when they were almost here. The guys were fast to bring up the mattress to the our second floor unit. They were nice and professional.

We were waiting on by the store manager. We needed a bed that would cool us off. We had considered an add-on system that would have cost thousands of dollars over and above the mattress. The manager showed us a mattress that would do the job without any aftermarket devices. It works spectacularly well. I would recommend this specific location, this manager, this product to anyone in the market. This is my second purchase from the store and I am now a lifelong customer.
