The mattresses arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled delivery window. The delivery crew was efficient and courteous. They quickly installed the beds in about 30 minutes. They also safely carried our old king -size mattress down from the second floor without any mishaps, which was no easy task. They removed all of the packaging and trash before leaving. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company and its delivery team.

Starting with going to the store being greeted by a sales staff which was John H.
He was very patient, and knowledgeable as he showed me and my husband a variety of beds.
We decided on one and also purchased a platform for it.
The service in the store was top class.
Our delivery arrived (they had next day delivery) and the delivery guys were very nice and accommodating.
They took away the old mattress, box springs and frame and quickly and efficiently set up the new mattress and platform.
It was seamless and smooth experience.

Amazing customer service from the start. The store Manger Alfred Abogado was so helpful in helping us by a mattress,he knows about everything there is to know about all the different brands. No pressure at all. The delivery was great too,they text you a window time and then call you on the phone the day of delivery to till you what time they would be at my house. They have the customer service that you can't find anymore. 😊
