I have used skypark secure many times and had no issues. However on a recent booking I needed to contact them.
This is a problem!
There is no contact telephone number & the email address bounces back. You are forced to use their contact form on the website. However you are unable to attach any uploads to support your query.
You do receive an automated response instantly, saying they will be back in touch within "72 Working Hours".
I have been waiting 28 days.
Looking at other reviews, this appears to be a common complaint. Maybe consider using Justpark, or Holiday Extras, as these companies both are contactable.
Worst experience you will ever have
They are basically thieves, if anything happens, you lose all your money.
They do not have a phone number you can contact at all... They do not respond to any email.
They are scammers.
Avoid at all costs... Use JustPark or the airport secure parking instead. These people are terrible. Just awful in every way
advertising meet and greet at terminal when its a collect driver somewhere and drive to terminal. This is not consistent with the genuine meet and greet at terminal. Also cancellation is subject to a booking fee so it's not a genuine cancellation compared to other providers. Tried to explain to them but insisting on their position, so first and last time using them.
Amendment 15 July: Still not received a refund despite several requests. Difficult to contact them as there is no telephone number and the advertised email returns a standard message that the email will be discontinued!?! - so virtually impossible to contact them other than their online portal making it almost impossible to have a record of correspondence.
I haven’t used the parking yet but the booking process was easy, it was a good price and I have had a couple of enquiries with the booking which they have answered very quickly. Very pleased with the service so far

Overcharged and state things are wrong with the car to my elderly grandmother but when taken to multiple other garages they say there are no issues, would not recommend as they clearly take advance of vulnerable people.

Easy to book. Straight forward if all goes well and no need to change anything.
If you have a change of car and need to advise this the online system does not work. There is an amend details box, click on this and it just asks for your booking details again, in effect it goes round in a circle. There is no phone number to ring, no customer service e.mail, no chat box facility even though it says there is. You have to fill in a form and wait, this can take up to 72 hours.
On returning to the airport (Manchester) we jumped onto a shuttle bus to return to our Jet3 car park. The driver (named Ray)was an absolute gem. He assisted everyone on a full bus with their luggage (on and off the bus).
He could not do enough and nothing was a problem, great communicator and very efficient.
I would advise anyone travelling to Jet park3 not to fully rely on the Sat nav information. You could drive past the entrance very easily and find yourself in a housing estate.
Once parked it would be wise to take a photo of your bus stand number and the relevant parking number eg T3. I know this sounds a normal thing to do but a young couple were distraught trying to find their car.
Booked and paid with them online. When left car park had to pay again. Still waiting 4 months later for refund. Would not recommend at all.
Simple booking process, good direction to parking site and reasonable price.
Used many times for Stansted and Gatwick.
We have used this carpark the last 4 times we have travelled.
Sometimes you have to wait for the bus but we ensure we leave plenty of time.
Great customer service. I have recently had to change the vehicle in my booking. This was done without any issues.
Used a couple of times at EMA, drop off at Jet Parks 2. Good price with discount code, good communication, pleasant drivers and regular shuttles.
On last occasion number plate not recognised by ANPR camera in or out but quickly rectified over speaker by helpful operators. Will use again.

The airport car park had no information on us, skypark have taken full payment from us and will only respond to us with automatically generated email. The car park at the airport have very kindly (3am in the morning!) eventually let us in as a turn up on the spot, but we had to agree to phone them with our valid booking reference. This has all been communicated with Skypark secure as well as providing them all the details they requested. (Including screenshots from our browsing history and our online application, There has been no offer of a refund or any decent attempt to sort. But of course a refund will not help us now as our car is parked) This is now the third time on our holiday we are having to spend time trying to communicate with skypark, and face either a whopping bill to release our car or them not releasing it all.
Don’t use this company, they have scammed us, and now will not communicate. Next step is to alert our credit card company to a fraudulent transaction made by Skypavrt secure/ CAVU. And to report them to trading standards.
Turned up at the airport and thy had cancelled my booking. Book direct, these lot are useles. Had to pay cash when I turned up. It was cheaper 😁
I had a very unpleasant experience when using SkyPark Secure. The staff were very rude both on the phone and in person. When I returned from my holiday and called to say I was ready to collect my car I was told they had no record of my booking, despite having my car. When I did get to pick up my car it was dirty inside and out, the drivers footwell was covered in thick mud.
My car had also been driven over 60 miles and the speed limiter was set to 94MPH. I was very unimpressed and I will not be using them again
SCAM!! Incorrect drop off details, £6 charge. On collection date I was told the cars locked up so they could place me in a hotel but I would have to leave a deposit at the hotel, I was charged the full rate. One week after trying to claim the money back absolutely fobbed off, with the added costs and hotel it's cost me three times the parking cost. No customer service, honestly it's ruined my time away and I wish I'd done a little more research when booking. Skypark secure haven't supported, just fobbed me off with "were just a comparison site" they need to address the fraudulent companies that operate like cowboys. Would never use the service again the worst company I've ever had dealings with.
So you're saying I could have been refunded if I'd contacted you 24 hours before my booking was due to start. Your email says 72 hours however it took 77 hours for you to resend the email therefore even if I had contacted you 24 hours before or even 72 hours before then you STILL would have been too late and I would have had to rebook my airport parking anyway, therefore I am entitled to my refund. I am happy to write about the scam you are trying to pull on every review site every day until I do. It seems like I am not the first person this has happened to either, lots of reviews on trust pilot saying you scammed them as well. And now you have blocked my messages on Facebook without resolving the problem? Laughable. Joke of a company. Carpark you say I had booked with conveniently don't have a phone number to confirm when the booking was sent? I find that very interesting too...
Avoid!!!!! Paid £86.99 no booking confirmation . Called the number and was told has to pay another £30 because my payments on hold. It left my account 2 weeks ago!
