The amount of traffic this poker site gets says it all , stay well away.

very dated software compared to other poker sites, nothing has been updated for many years. Customer services is embarrassing with very little knowledge of the game with standard answers like "clear your cache etc" for every issue going. Commonly known as Skyjoker.com it is teeming with "bingo" types who get rewarded due to their software being programmed with a bias towards new players who benefit from unreal run-outs to hoodwink them into playing more !

I have been playing sky poker now for just over a year, I've most definitely had some good time & some bad. Seems to me as though i can make £200 from £20 then i will have times where i play no different but i lose every single hand and high hands are absolutely worthless 'AA - AK - KK - QQ'. I accpet everyone can make bad decisions & get unlucky alot if you're an active player one a table but... At times i do feel like it is heavily rigged due to the fact i play no different to how i did yesterday but i still lose every single hand. Until another £100 of my money has gone in then it starts to feed me some back... personally, id stay away.

clearly fixed with hands some how. the more you deposit the better hand you get. soon as you withdraw any money you start hitting rubbish for hours. shocked its not been investigated

Very poor quality. Entering a game, but frequent delayed entries, meaning the opponent has already acquired a chunk of my chips due to time out folds. Avoid.

The good players stopped playing on the site years ago when it was shown to be RIGGED. The RNG deals out cards to match the hole cards enticing action which is why there are so many bad beats and so many bad players playing any 2 cards. The analysis was in depth and sky have been shown it but they will deny everything. We came up with a theory of why they would do this. Sky once had the largest UK database and was heavily into casino games designed for gamblers (a gambler is someone who is addicted to the thrill of winning when they push the button on the slot machine and it rolls in). They decided to actively promote the site to their gambler database.. the ones who didnt have a clue how to play. The site was flooded for ages with any 2 card fools. The problem was that in order to keep the gamblers happy they had to let them have miracle wins which is why you will see so many amazing bad beat on the river stories. This was just a theory we concluded and not evidenced. Our conclusion is its rigged for action and donkey play so there is little point of you are a good poker player being on there as you will enjoy lot more bad beats than you normally would. To sum up: CLOWNS Calling and shoving any 2 cards and cant fold any type of draw, one card outer etc with a RNG which rewards them

Extremely rigged, not in as much as rigged to make you lose, but rigged to give both players something which I can only think is to make the games go quicker and a faster turnover.
The amount of times you land something just enough to keep you interested, or have the best hand on the flop, go AI to be called by a high only and watch as they get the exact cards they need is unreal.
Like I say I don't think it's rigged for or against certain players but its definitely rigged to encourage play as the amount of full houses, flushes, straights that come out is laughable, and it's usually a case of a straight v a flush, or FH v Flush, so both players are AI and the game is over. Straights, flushes, and FH happen roughly 90% of the river turns, and the other 10% is usually Aces or kings on the flop
Very strangely, there are usually plenty of players waiting for a game of Russian roulette (6+) so why do these players not just join each other instead of waiting for someone to join them?
Since posting this review originally I have started playing the 6 player games and while it started out seemingly improved it soon went the same way as the heads up sit and go. The amount of bad beats, not only for myself, but when I have folded and watch the rest of the cards play out, is actually unbelievable. People going AI with a 7 and 5 and winning, almost predictable that the cards that come out cause action - someone has a pair of 2s, someone else a A clubs K of diamonds. Flops 2, Q and 7 of clubs. Small bets, next card another club. So now someone has 3 of a kind, other has flush A high. Another round of getting, and then a Q comes out. Funny that. Same situation happens 4 or 5 times in a 15 minute match as well.
Another negative for the site is the amount of issues I have over various browsers, devices and apps. Constant logging me out, takes forever to login then goes through a circle of logging in, saying the table is open, logging me out. Repeat

Its so blatant its laughable. Played poker for 20 years so know the odds and this site does not match reality. As for the reviews from some saying this is 'bad players' complaining err no, or (guffaw) down to variance -I would say we were are not all born yesterday. If you want to be frustrated over and over and waste money try sky poker

So I have seen a lot of nonsense reviews and thought I would give a fair one. As one of the obvious members of sky poker staff borgs, I have been making consistent profits of this site.

Yes I too have ran into bad luck sometimes it felt like I was cursed, however the story continues the same way when I keep myself composed and in the zone I keep been profitable.

Sky poker is very unlikely to be rigged if it was then people like me would not be making money. we are not bots we not sky poker staff. Earlier today I had a weak player call of my all ins across multiple sit and goes with 54 67 and 35 and win each time. rather than running down the streets self flagellating and screaming rigged whilst expecting a world wide international investigation with round the clock 24 hour news on how could i ever get unlucky in a game of chance, I instead looked up their sharkscope and saw how bad their ROI is and then looked up mine and saw how good mine is.

I then took a bit of time out and returned later. The staff at Sky poker have always been good and been able to contact them via phone before pandemic times was always a positive.

The reason I give the site four stars and not five is because as others have said the software is a bit dated. I also think it would be nice to have other poker tournament variants rather than just mostly KO Bounty tournaments.

Further more, more time half hour tournaments might be good because it might let all these adorable little fishies keep some of the money they get lucky on by the game ending before they have a chance to lose it all. and us sharkies can still play these and take their monies in the long run.

I've played many sites over many years, and found this site OK.
For thoughs of you who criticise try 888, then you will realise that sky poker is an honest site.
By the way over 15 or 20 years I'm up on just about every site I've played.

I see a lot of bad reviews but for me it’s been an okay experience, yes I’ve suffered bad beats but from depositing £10 I’m up to £45 and counting. I don’t think the site is rigged in anyway, RNG can be gross sometimes but that’s just the run of the deck. The graphics are basic, which is fine by me, haven’t experienced any crashes whatsoever and I’m on an outdated iPhone 6, and one thing I really like about the mobile app is having the ability to make notes and label players at my tables, which is something 888, party poker, and PokerStars are all lacking on their mobile apps. The only thing that is lacking on sky poker for me is there’s no chat box to talk with others (that could be to help minimise cheating though) so overall I’d rate sky poker 7.6/10. If you think it’s fixed you should stop playing poker, cause either you’re playing bad or just getting unlucky, it happens to the best of us but blaming it on the site is just an excuse. Man up take the bad with the good and keep hitting the felt and stop being tilted when you’re sucked out on. That’s how to be a profiting player.

Most poker sites have bad reviews. Reason is only bad player reviews. I’ve played on 4 poker sites and I’m in profit in all sites. People think shoving with AK, AQ is a good play. It is not play the board. Yes you get bad beats but overall wait for your spots for maximum value. That means if 7,8,9 fall on flop you can fold AA

How the poker service it provides is classed as legal questions the regulations, Its nothing more than a con, quickly to get the short stacks out so the player registers onto another table to get the registration fee, its all about profit for corperate sky than the art of playin poker.
Yes bad beats occur but not everytime 2 players are all in with 9 times out of ten the winner goin in favour of the higher stack. Drama with every hand.

Terribly unrealistic and most definitely rigged for overstacks and the favoured players that hold more money in their account and generate more rake. As we speak I just had someone call my AQ all in push with 97 off suite only to hit a 7 to clean me out. Hand before that my kk re-raise all in was called with a7. Obviously lost again. This is standard for skyriggedpoker

I play for fun but the amount of times players suck out on this is ridiculous, every hand is a drama and its absolutely the worse poker site on the Internet, I dont do reviews but the regulator's need to do something about Sky Poker, bad beats happen not every bloody hand lol

Some real bad losers on here saying this site is fixed. Why would Sky want to fix it when they make money on every hand regardless. Bad beats are part of the game so get over it.

Anyway my review - Pretty good playing experience apart from two things

1 - The graphics go a bit spewy sometimes and I can't always see my cards or the other players cards. Clicking the table somewhere refreshes the screen but it's still annoying

2 -There is a maximum number of characters on the player notes. I make loads of notes and often run out of characters

Best site I've found been on the site for 2 years never had a problem fantastic phone staff polite and friendly

Here we go people. I have used this site for years. recently I started having concerns. I have been keeping an eye on things as I play the same tournament nearly every night. Up until a month ago my results varied good and shocking.
This is where it gets interesting. I put a complaint against players such as BGMURPHY, BURDEN09 and DORNOCH69. I clicked on the chat option after losing a hand and not noticed the cards so you can sometimes review previous hands. What I saw begs belief. These 3 were telling each other what cards they had and when to call and fold to help each other so blatant cheating. this was all reported to sky and yes you can guess nothing happened ( except to me ). I continued to play to see if these clowns carried on playing and yes they do and to my amazement no matter what cards I got I would lose over 95% of hands I entered including AA, AK QQ etc. several times the people I was against would hit both the turn and river to beat my hands and I have not lasted more than an hour since the complaint. ....coincidence ????? also I noted how many aces came on the table over 40 hands and an A appeared 26 times out of 40. not bad for those who have it. Each time I had an ace none appeared and when I did not go in with an A it came out. There is something happening on this site the people who sit on the top right corner always make a good start then dominate. Also watch out for the donks who go all in as soon as the pot reaches 200 or over 11 times this happened before the blinds reached 100-200 on several occasions winning with hands 96 or 72 against KJ and AA.

Firstly I am not complaining about losing money. I only play for small stakes to help pass the time. I want to set out what happened in one hour tonight. I had 2 full houses and lost both hands. A double placed on the odds of this happening would pay 202 000/1. In one these hands my opponent finished with quad 9s. They had a pair after the flop so to promote to quads the odds were 1100/1. Then in a separate hand, the flop came three 6s and the turn was the other 6, odds 20 000/1. I have sent feedback about other examples like this but received no response. I will now make an official complaint because there is obviously something amiss at Skypoker.

reading these reviews either they have employees in every tournament soon as you do anything the river card comes and beats you kk, beaten by 7,2 who calls all in with a 7,2 , i have had my fill withdrawn whats in there and will be moving on to a proper poker site that at least gives you a chance , same old faces at every final table ...........ya being robbed blind
