Slick Willie's Skate Store Avis

My daughter badly wanted quad skate accessories. I found this store after a google search and it came up top in reviews. Took her here as a surprise, was definitely worth the journey as she came out with the biggest smile after getting everything she needed to customise her quads. Would definitely buy from again. Fabulous customer service.

Excellent customer service. I would recommend this company.

Great shop, the customer service is outstanding. The customer service and staff are a big reason why I shop here

Not to mention an abundant selection of goods

Well done keep it up

Never used Slick Willys before but will most certainly again! Super fast delivery, perfect item and delivered in perfect condition. The ability to use Klarna as well to get my wife her perfect pair of skates for her birthday whilst they were on offer was the cherry on top!!!!
Defo recommended

Ordered from Slicks a few times over the years
Always been brilliant and easy to order.
Only ever had 1 issue where stock wasn't accurate but they got in touch with me and resolved it very quickly. (Have had the same stock issue with 2 other big skate companies and Slicks definitely dealt with it the fastest and best - other companies didn't even bother to contact me!)
Fast shipping

Skater run so they actually seem to care. Wish we had physical shops in Scotland!

I’m a 60 year old grandmother learning to skate so I can go skating with my grandchildren. Called the store before ordering and a very lovely gentleman answered all my questions re the skates, very polite and knowledgeable. Skates arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them! The skates are fantastic and I feel really comfortable and safe with the skates that have a higher ankle boot. I’m enjoying myself greatly. Thank you to Slick Willie store for being so professional.

Quality service from the Slick Willie’s team.

Spoke to a member of staff over the phone about the shoes I wanted and they addressed my questions. I then placed the order and the shoes arrived the next day.

Highly impressed and recommended.

From the moment we walked into the shop until we left, we felt welcomed. The lady who helped us was so lovely and really helped my son and I find exactly what we wanted. As a fairly new family to the world of all things skateboarding, we felt at ease and part of the community rather than feeling out of our depth. We live in Hertfordshire and made the visit to London, especially to visit Slick Willie’s. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing, with great customer service and an efficient service! Honestly wish I could give them 6 stars

Really happy with customer service, very proactive. Ordered roller blades, bearings, wheels, backpack it was delivered exact date. Highly recommended, will by again from them for sure.

Competitive and as described

Fantastic service, helpful in selection of best items for needs! Ila was helpful and polite and glad I choose to go with Slick Willie's! Thanks :D

Excellent service, price and very swift delivery. Couldn’t be happier. Best price I had seen on these skates.

Decided to learn to skateboard as an adult, I was anxious about buying the skateboard but they were nice and helpful in the shop. Came home with a smile and a skateboard 😀

Purchased from them twice, once in store, once online. In store they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Online purchase was seamless, though delivery was a little bumpy (not their fault).

Everything was great

I ordered a shirt for Christmas and it arrived neatly packaged and wrinkle free in time. XXL was truly and XXL. Well made t-shirt that washed well and held it's shape.

I know I can rely on Slick's to have what I need with options for next day delivery. This matters. Thanks guys!

Purchased a pair of skates online two weeks ago. Had to get in touch with them myself only to be informed that said skates are out of stock. Very disappointing as I had ordered them for my daughter for Christmas. You need to up your online game and communication.

Amazing service and advice over which roller-blades to purchase for our daughter. Prompt delivery and excellent quality. Would definately recommend!
