I have read some of the recent reviews before writing this, and was surprised at the negative ones, then realised there are several Sliderobes across the country.
My experience with Sliderobes Ipswich has been exemplary. I have used them for 6 units now, such is my confidence in them. I had a visit from their biggest competitor before going ahead with Sliderobes again. There was no comparison. The quality of finish, the endless choice, similar pricing, everything went sliderobes way.

Just had our 2nd wardrobe fitted, previous one was 7 years ago but we have since moved house. We knew what to expect in terms of product quality, competitive price and professional installation and once again this company delivered from start to finish.

We saved up for 7 years to get fitted wardrobes so we went to a lot of effort to find the right company. We visited showrooms of all the big companies and invited a couple to come and give us proper estimates. We eliminated quite a few because despite saying they could offer a bespoke service they actually couldn't. We wanted a specific depth and sliding doors to maximise the space. The first company to come and estimate just tried to bulldozer us into a design which suited their build rather than our needs.
Alex from Sliderobes came and it was a refreshing experience. He really listened to us and worked with us to give us what we need but with his experienced advice to ensure the solution was robust and maximise the space.
We then moved onto materials and hardware and they had a much better range than the others who came around. We were able to select just what we needed.
Then onto price. Instead of giving us a hugely inflated price we got the end price right away. No silly business. We made the decision there and then to go ahead.
The fitting was just 4 weeks later. The main fitter was Craig with Harry coming occasionally when it needed a second pair of hands. Craig managed everything. He worked neatly and kept everything covered and cleaned up afterwards. It honestly went without a hitch. It all finished a few days ago. We have filled them up and found no issues. They look spectacular. It feels like we are living in a boutique hotel. I will definitely recommend Sliderobes.

We are very pleased with our replacement Sliderobes doors. The quality of the doors are very good and the rip out of the old doors and installation of the new doors were done to a high standard. The only negative was finding metal fragments in the carpet even though they were vacuumed afterwards. My own vacuum sorted that out. The original doors lasted 24 years and the internal structure is still going strong. Everyone at Sliderobes were very pleasant to deal with. So we are going to get a new Sliderobes wardrobe in another room.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m making an exception now. Sliderobes ireland have just completed a Job for me, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality workmanship form Diarmuid was outstanding. Let alone the professionalism.

From initial contact, through design and fitting Sliderobes have been fantastic. Kept me fully informed and the quality of the fitting is first class.

Sliderobes have just fitted wardrobes in 3 of our bedrooms. From the start of the process the company are fabulous to deal with from our intimal visit to the showroom with Gaby, to Alex and his knowledge and ability to translate our requirements into a great drawing, right through to the amazing Carl fitting the wardrobes and then Helen and Katherine who are a delight to work with over the phone. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and the process to get there.

From start to finish we have had a very good experience with sliderobes, Wirral. From going to showroom and meeting Karen. Ted calling out the following week at the time and day arranged to do the survey, discuss our plans and design the wardrobes.
The pre courtesy calls from Rachael, followed by a post installation courtesy call. The completion of wardrobes being installed on the arranged day by Andy who worked none stop and completed the job within 6 hours to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend sliderobes.

Very positive experience during the design appointment. Experienced and knowledgeable designer (director) and good products and service by the look of it. I needed some time to get more quotes and visit the showroom but ultimated followed up around 10 days later. I asked for some minor design changes and it took a week to receive an updated quote after multiple texts and a phone call to the generic phone number (no explaination as to what may have caused the delay just very basic apology). I had also requested a full recap of dimensions which I didn't get so I gently chased also asking for some reassurance in terms of comms delays and questions around fitting for my consideration. It's been nearly a month and I never heard back. I'm actually baffled. They didn't even wait for an order to be placed to drop the ball which is a big red flag to me echoing what reviews already say about poor aftercare in some instances. I didn't feel like I was valued at all as a potential customer and this has proven to be an absolute waste of my time (and theirs as they didn't seem to be wanting the business in the end). Speechless.

Had a media unit and wardrobes fitted by a very experienced Michael. The job was well executed and the rooms look grand.

Excellent service from disposal of old wardrobes to assembly of new ones. It was a wall to wall unit fitted by a conscientious lovely fitter, Tim and the old one was expertly disposed of , by Kevin. Sales person, Helena was indeed very patient! Company should be very proud to have such a great team working for them

Chose Sliderobes over Wren and was not disappointed with the price, service or design. Stunning wardrobe, friendly fitters, great build quality and a really effective design actually made to measure. Super impressed.

I had appointments with several different companies, but chose Sliderobes because they had the best selection of doors to choose from.
Karen came out to measure and design, she gave me lots if ideas which helped tremendously, Karen was fabulous, super efficient and such a lovely lady, nothing was to much trouble for her, she went above and beyond.
Martin came out to build the wardrobes, he was very punctual and hardworking for the 2 days he was there, he was very polite and efficient and cleaned up at the end of the first day and after he had finished he left the room spotless, and Wow! the wardrobes are fantastic, they far outweighed my expectations. I was over the moon. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.
Both Karen and Martin are brilliant and such lovely people. I would 1000% use
them again.

We needed new doors fitted to our wardrobe as the old ones had stopped working. From the start to the finish the service was very good. We were kept informed as to when the old doors would be removed and then the installation of the new doors. The gentleman who removed the doors was very helpful and considerate, likewise the gentleman who installed the new ones. Thank you all.

We have just had Sliderobes fit sliding cupboard doors in our bathroom after being very pleased with the doors they fitted in our bedroom a few years earlier. Again the quality of product, the results, and the service were excellent, and the new doors have transformed the look of our bathroom. Karen was helpful as always and a real pleasure to do business with. Thank you for doing such a great job - again.

This week we had our second bedroom fitted with sliding doors. We used Sliderobes again as we had been very happy with the service and quality of the previous work 8 years ago.
The new figment was a much more simple job of replacing cupboard doors with sliding doors. The door size was made to order and the fitted was all finished within half an hour as my husband had prepared the opening to cut the costs. Very happy

Service was prompt and professional. We are very happy with the quality and finish of our wardrobes.

We selected Sliderobes for a Google search and it was the best thing we did. Our first Contact was with the designer. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He produced a design in 3D of our fitted wardrobes and we were very satisfied. The price was also acceptable. We were quoted an quick delivery.
The fitter arrive on time and quickly installed them. The whole job only took 5 hours and he left the room very clean and he was very pleasant person
We are extremely satisfied with the finished result and as my wife is disabled she can now easily reach all the hanging clothes

We had our new media wall made and fitted by Sliderobes and everything went really well from the design to the fitting!

Special shout out to the fitter Andy who went above and beyond to get everything as it should be including moving a power socket something that is not in his job description but was done in a very professional manner regardless!

And last but not least all that came at a very reasonable price.

Last week I had fitted wardrobes installed by Sliderobes, and couldn’t be happier. Installation took place on the date arranged and was completed within 5-6 hours in a very professional way. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and looked really good. Very easy sliding doors and lots of storage and hanging space. Excellent job.
