We had Sliderobes Bromborough fit our wardrobes. We found the materials and fixtures to be of a really high quality. We were unsure which finish to go for and Pete showed us different finishes in the workshop and gave us some advice which really helped.
We received plenty of communication about our fitting day with extra phone calls to confirm times and to check that the room would be as clear as we could make it.
Our fitter, Andy was just the best.
He was pleasant and polite but also fantastic at his job. When he started the fitting we realised that there had been a slight miscommunication between us and the designer about the size of some shelves. We discussed this with Andy and he got in touch with the office to see what solutions could be found. We were really happy with the customer service we received over this and the problem was solved to our satisfaction. Andy finished the installation and tidied up after himself too. The finished wardrobes look so nice and the doors slide so smoothly and quietly. These wardrobes were certainly more expensive than our old ones which came from a different local company, but they are so much better quality and I’m certain they will last a long time. I would definitely recommend Sliderobes Bromborough.

Martin work incredibly hard to fit all those sliderobes in one day.The finish, glide and slide is superb. Karen met my brief and was on hand should there have been any issues. There were none. Thank you my bedroom looks uncluttered and gorgeous.

We have used Sliderobes before, and loved them so much we had them design wardrobe space for most of our new house we moved into next. They actually listen when they come over for an initial consultation, suggest innovative design ideas based around what we would like, and have a beautiful range of finishes and styles which complement each of our rooms and different ways - whilst also making use of our spaces with all of their quirks, nooks and crannies.
We are overjoyed with what we have, which includes a walk in wardrobe space, and bespoke fitted units in each bedroom, giving us ample storage space and solutions.
We went with the Nottingham branch, and I cannot thank the Advisor, and the fitters enough. The amounts of compliments we receive say it all! Thank you 🙏🏽 😊

From start to finish the company were excellent. From visiting the showroom in Birstall and speaking with Andrea to Alex the designer coming out and advising on what would work (and not pressure selling at all) to the fitter (Karl I think) who did an excellent job. Would certainly recommend them and use them again myself.

We would high recommend this company and would definitely use them again. From Alex coming out to do the survey, Helen keeping us fully updated throughout to Carl fitting our wall to wall mirrored wardrobes perfectly. The service , skill and craftsmanship has been second to none.

I'm really delighted with my cupboards. Helena, who came out initially, was very professional and not at all pushy. I felt very confident in her, and I wasn't disappointed. The man who fitted the cupboards was very efficient, tidy and swift and did a great job.

From start to finish dealing with slide robes was amazing. The designer who came to my home was really great (Adriana). Even though i have an apartment and it was difficult to get what i wanted, she found a work around way of me being able to have it. Also Yvonne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The person who created my wardrobe was really efficient, he was finished in no time and was really professional. Would highly recommend it.

Michael came today to refit and put some mirrored sliding doors in my bedroom. He also built a new fitted wardrobe together with mirrored sliding doors in my second bedroom. Michael arrived at the agreed time completing the whole job in a day. A great job.

I really liked the showroom set-up. I went to research what might suit us, to get further than brochure research. Plenty to see and lots of patient help from Leighton. He did onscreen design, which can show price change as you try out your ideas.
Once we went back to make our choices measuring and installation were very quick, really advancing and inspiring our bedroom project. Martin worked quietly to fit them, I could hear his measuring tape checking everything and within the day it was all finished and looks great. Doors swish effortlessly and we love our choice. Thank you everyone. Excellent service and quality.

Visited showroom impressed with what we saw and all explained to us. Ben arrived at agreed time and produced a detailed description of what we required. Date of installation agreed. Paul completed the installation speedily and to our complete satisfaction excellent job.

After a visit to the showroom & then a site visit from the surveyor. Our sliding wardrobe doors were fitted. The fitter did an excellent job & the doors look great & glide effortlessly & silently. Top job.

Sliderobes did a superb job in an awkward, sloped ceiling room. We are over the moon with the results, looks fabulous. No complaints whatsoever would highly recommend.

Have been trying to claim on the 10 year guarantee for months. The top rail was fitted into the plasterboard ceiling without and rawl plugs, and now the whole top section has come away from the ceiling. Spending Easter Monday now repairing this myself, after months of waiting on them replying to emails. Spoke to one person on phone, who promised to get it sorted - and have heard nothing, six weeks later. Avoid like the plague.

I wrote a review a while ago stating that I had a 10-year agreement with Sliderobes and wanted them to come back within this time and make a repair. I was ignored over the email by their sales based in Belfast! I wrote around 6/7 emails to them asking for help and not once did they come back. They only made an effort to email me back when I complained on here for everyone to read.
I have since had a wardrobe specialist in to take a look at the issue of my doors sliding open when I don't want them to and I have been informed that when they were initially put in, the bottom track wasn't flat so obviously wasn't put in properly. This company is not good. I would suggest that you do not use them.

We had Sliderobes fitted in our bedroom 2024. Only the doors were replaced but was pleased with the outcome so when we decided to replace the wardrobe doors in another bedroom we decided to again have Sliderobes. They came to measure up & discuss what we wanted, gave us a quote & we ordered there & then. We now have the doors fitted, it took the fitter just an hr from start to finish, were very pleased with them. We had to take off the old doors & get the room ready so there was nothing blocking their way. The opening just needed a bit of packing as it was not even then the frame & doors fitted.

Used to be a good company, but, alas, no longer. Sales process is still slick and professional. Installation is performed by inexperienced staff, leading to problems afterwards. Customer service team is shockingly bad. Emails and telephone calls are not returned. We probably sent about 50 emails/telephone calls, but it makes no difference - they don't get back to you. It's such a shame. Sliderobes was fantastic ten years ago.

What has happened to this fantastic company. I bought my first wardrobe from them more than 30 years ago, and have bought three or four since. Today, they do not answer calls, respond to emails when I try and order another one. Have they gone bust?
