The rubber grass mats are exactly what I wanted and provide an excellent soft landing for our grandchildren playing on our tree house which includes swings, monkey bars etc. very easy to order and very quick delivery.

The 20mm rubber tiles are exactly what I wanted. They cut easily enough (certainly easier than the gym matting I’ve used in the past!) and they don’t have a distinct odour.

The mats have made walking on the decking at my home so much safer. The deck was so slippy and dangerous. Even after pressure washing. Chemical sprays and other tries to make it safer to walk on.

The company assisted me in explaining the product and the correct type and size mats needed to cover the deck.

The mats have solved the problem and turned this dangerous place into a safe and secure place to walk.

Also the mats look smart. Water can run through so no problems with puddles. it's such a relief to walk on the mats without the fear of slipping. A big thank you to SLIP NOT. for you help.

Stay away from this business. Customer service is terrible. We ordered mats 90 cm wide and got mats 120cm wide delivered. Mistakes can happen, we thought. We email them to ask for an exchange, no response, we email them again, no response. We call them, find out that they don't actually do mats 90 cm wide anymore (!), get promises of a refund and collection of the wrong item two days later, nothing happens. We call them again, promises are being made again, nothing happens. And this time they say we can only get a refund once they pick up the mats they sent out wrongly. But they don't arrange for the pick-up! Two weeks later and they have no contacted us a single time to sort this out. And the next thing is that we get an email inviting us to give them a review. Here we go. Shame on you for not respecting your customers and for not sorting out a mistake that YOU have made. Give us our money back. And start treating customers respectfully and communicate with them.

I have just taken delivery of a 10m roll of rubber flooring. The company were most helpful with product selection and providing a quote. Delivery was very quick and efficient. I am most happy with the company and the product.

The gym mats are of an excellent quality, great for home use, fast service just what i needed.

I purchased 9 sq meters of interlocking mats for my home gym but it was not the right product for me. I have contacted the company and they have been really helpful. Overall good experience with the customer care team and I am satisfied with the service provided.

Ordered a mat to take my husbands wheelchair from the base of our door ramp across gravelly uneven ground that is often waterlogged, to the van ramp . It does the job just fine, the wheelchair can grip the mat easily (on the gravel the wheels spun without gripping) and the mat seems to be good quality. Delivery was quick and hassle free. Would recommend

Ordered stable mats. Very good quality. Delivery not quite as we were told but only a day late. So overall very happy. Would use again and recommend.

Ordered 3 mats via the website. Mats came as advertised. Had a problem with the payment on the website, it crashed as the payment went through. Emailed them about it and they confirmed they had recieved the payment and the order would go out. As the order didnt process properly on the website I didnt seem to get any automatic email confirmation. When I contacted them by email the responses were very fast, and they were helpful. Mats were delivered, but left down the side of the house so I didn't know they had arrived.
Even with the above issues I would still order from them again as the mats are good quality.

order placed on the 14th April, via their sister web site express matting, on the 15th April i received an e-mail double checking my order... seems i had actually ordered the rubber trim and not the actual mats... thank goodness they checked. Brilliant service 2 mats receive the following day and they did not charge me the price difference between the trim and matting. Well done... 100% recommend express matting.co.uk well done it a thumbs up from me.

We ordered a section of premium Coir matting for our boot room door entrance way. The mat arrived promptly, but had a slight imperfection almost in the centre, a cut in one side and tear in another side. We contacted customer service and they responded immediately, offering a discount to accept the mat or to arrange a replacement. We took the replacement option which was despatched and received promptly without any further issues. When we asked about how to return the damaged mat, Slip-Not told us to accept the mat on a complimentary basis. First class customer service and a round of applause for ZEAB :)

I ordered 9 mats for my home gym and the ramps that go with it for a nice finish. Unfortunately the female side ramps did not fit flush with the mats and was a tripping hazard. Upon contacting them regarding this, Zeab happily excepted my request to return the ramps for a full refund. I held on to the mats as they look amazing and really strong and at a reasonable price and still look good without the ramps as pictured on their website. I looked around before I ordered and these were the cheapest I found at a 16mm depth, well worth the purchase. I would advise anyone to buy these mats you won’t regret it. Thanks slip-not for a great service, will shop again.

I had a problem with the delivery which was due to the manufacturers not being able to produce the product to deliver to the company. When I sought a refund the company promptly refunded my money and offered to give me the product on a complimentary basis.

Things did not go to plan due to the Pandemic, but they stuck to the task and the item eventually arrived.
