The shoe fits well and is really high…
The shoe fits well and is really high quality. Aswell as the automatic shoe tie up feature the glow in the dark sole is really cool. I’m gonna be catching bodies like Ja Morant in these shoes.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered a pair of Balenciaga Speed Runners in November, haven't received them yet. Everytime I contact them the answer is "Stock is coming this month". Then I ordered some essentials hoodies, again on backorder. Now that I am asking for a refund they do not reply.

ZERO STARS/NEGATIVE RATING IF I CAN!!! Been chasing a pair of Alexander McQueen I purchased since NOVEMBER 2021! I do not want to be led on and wait longer so asked for a refund but they never reply! How ridiculous it is to wait 6 months, and still going, from a merchant to update their consumers about their order?! IT IS A SCAM! Do not do business with them!

Horrible service
Horrible service. I have been trying to return a faulty shoe. It has been more than I week I sent emails, Instagram and nothing. They don’t even have a phone number we can contact l. Their Instagram doesn’t allow comments and neither they have google review because of how bad their service is. I don’t think they are even willing to return my money.

How cute are the Hello Kitty Presto
I’ve ordered many items from Sneakerboy over the years and they’ve been pretty reliable. I hadn’t meant to order the Hello Kitty Presto but once I saw they were available I ordered 2 pairs for grand nieces overseas and they turned up three days later, which was pretty impressive.

Sneakerboy has as good a range of the freshest sneakers and apparel you can get, without the crazy resell prices you come across with online apps and resellers. Extremely pleased with how quick raffles are delivered via express post and accurate tracking. My sneakers always arrive super quick and un-damaged like other retailers I won’t name.

Do Not Buy From SNEAKERBOY
I purchased a pair of Balenciaga shoes online from them in Nov 2021, but it stayed on back order until March this year, then the order got cancelled. Worse than that, I have been trying to get a refund from them since, and still no luck! This is the worst shopping experience that I ever had! No communications whatsoever! They are scammers!!! Do not buy from them, it's a complete waste of time! Just take your business somewhere else!
