Fake positive reviewers with only one review for Sneakerboy syd/melb in their history, not any other company.
Never responds to emails.
It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered my item. A week to process order. Late dispatch. Order still waiting to be picked up five days after “we have shipped your order” email.

Terrible service
Terrible service, ordered Travis Scott t-shirt, money debited from my account same day.
At some time over last 10 days order is cancelled, no notification to me at all. I have emailed and called and no answer as to where my refund is??? Don't answer phones and don't answer emails!!! How can you operate without telling customers you cancel an order and then don't give money back??

They never reply to emails!!! Worst Customer Service
They never reply to emails specially if you are requesting cancelation and/or refunds.
My email even blocked for the returns email. I only have 2 orders so far, one is it took 2 months before my order got delivered so wanted to cancel it instead, and the other one is that I’ve purchase wrong item in one of the items in my order so wanted to cancel one only and keep the rest but no luck in waiting for their reply even I have to send email every other day to follow up my email as what the stores have suggested. Is there a way to complain to the ACCC?

Terrible Customer Service - Delayed Deliveries
Just wanting to add my review here to hopefully try save anyone else from going through what I and MANY others have gone through. To be honest, some of these 'good' reviews look fake and I think it's a bit of a red flag that they've turned comments off their Instagram after everyone was commenting asking where their deliveries were.
I ordered a pair of shoes and it took 6 months for them to arrive.
Granted I was constantly emailing and messaging them during that waiting period asking where my shoes were and if I could be refunded. NOT A WORD BACK.
I'm thankful the shoes eventually arrived, but I will never be shopping with a business again who states a 1-2 week delivery time but takes 6 months with no word as to why. Where's the transparency??

Absolute trash store. I placed an order but realise I ordered the wrong size. I got in contact within less than an hour to get it canceled but they refused to refund me and cancel the order.

The store offers 60% off on some designer's shoes but the website kept denying access to active an account. There was no code sent to my phone number to verify my account. And there’s not an option to use email instead.
They tricked and got customers' hope up, that's such an unethical business move.
