Purchased an item over 3 weeks ago, no shipping confirmation, no response to 3 emails and nobody answering the phones...absolute joke.
Don't shop with them

They use customer money for their business cashflow. They don’t respond, don’t deliver and sell items they don’t have in stock and they don’t mention it on their Ad. I’ve been a long time customer but only start seeing poor service from about 2 years now and I have purchased 2 separate items in the last year or so, the first one took 5 months to deliver with rigorous emails and demands to deliver. The last one really has no communication or what so ever. They like to advertise their sales to grab people’s attention with no product in stock to deliver. Look at the majority of complains and feedback for this company, everyone almost have the same exact stories. Don’t be fooled like I have been the second time. Stay away and steer away from sale promotions, they don’t have the stock to deliver. Save your money, time and most especially mental stress.

I order one pair of shoes on 5th May 2021 and I tried to contact Sneakerboy via email several times to ask why I still don’t receive it yet but they never reply to me. Do you guys have any recommendations to report this terrible business?

Such a liar!! Don’t buy anything from this brand! They sold the shoes without stock and asked you to exchange to other products on the store to clear their clearance.
I bought two shoes online since early May, they kept saying no stock and asked me to wait two more weeks. But until now, almost two months later, they said they can’t promise the arrival date because they can’t receive any update from main store as well. The most ridiculous thing is they said the process of refund will take super long so they “suggested” you to exchange other products.
Will report this scam to fair trading. Hope other reviewers do the same thing. Don’t let them keep doing the same scams.

Bought a pair of shoes on 27th Jan online, waited for a month to contacted them for updates in the end of Feb, they said the shoes got delayed and would be received in two weeks. Still no dispatch info in mid March, decided to go for Full Refund. Only got confirmation that the refund will be processed in mid April after sending them a number of emails in between. Guess what, today is 25th May, I ain't got no refund from them and stop replying my email. I know the pandemic or Brexit may have caused a bit of delay on receiving the stock, but all these issues do not stop Sneakerboy from replying the customers email right? Guys, I will suggest all the
victims to file complaint against SB via Fair Trading, so that they can not get away with this nonsense!!

I have been shopping with sneakerboy since 2014 & have never had a bad shopping experience & I don’t live in Australia. Their terms and conditions regarding refunds/returns are ridiculous. "Help" desk email isn't monitored - they took over two days to respond. I purchase online over 5 days ago and have yet to receive shipping confirmation. I won't be purchasing anything from these cowboys again.

I purchased a pair of Golden Goose sneakers through Sneakerboy online that arrived faulty. I emailed their customer service email address 8 times and received no response. I have had to go through the bank and lodge a dispute to hear anything from them.
I will never ever ever purchase something from this company again.

Bought my wife a pair of Chloe sneakers on line and waited 7 days for a tracking number. After the 7th day l emailed the help email and was told my order had been cancelled as l could have been a BOT. I requested they return my money or send the item l purchased. After several emails and no response l had to contact my bank to get my money back. If there was a way to give them a -100 rating l would . Sneaker Boy should not be in business and the sooner it closes its doors the better for everyone.
