Don’t bother trying to deposit for…

Don’t bother trying to deposit for something here hoping they actually have stock for you. I made a full deposit for a men’s dior bag which was only meant to take days to come - contacted them a week in and was told Sydney store has already sent it - one month on I contacted them to see where it is and they have zero clue saying Sydney contacted chadstone store for them to send it instead but chadstone ended up selling the bag to a client so now they are scouring the warehouse for another? Also they will never update you and you will have to do the chasing up - still waiting on whether they actually have the bag somewhere in a warehouse or if they are going to give me a refund.

Absolutely appoling customer service…

Absolutely appoling customer service from door staff, the fact I have ashma and unable to wear a mask I was not allowed in, even explaining what I had the disrespect from the door greeter was very disappointing, they lost a customer and also made me feel unwanted and that I wasn't welcome to shop due to what I have. 0 starts do not recommend at all.

Sneaker boy is full of 짱깨

Sneakerboy is very unprofessional, received my order after 5 weeks. Customer service was beyond garbage. One of my worst shopping experience and will never purchase anything from there again.

very bad customer service as I inquired for something and said they will give me a call back but they never did. i won a raffle from sneaker boy recently and was going to checkout but it wont let me buy the shoes as it is still in my kart. I would give them zero stars.

Dont risk buying online!!

nWould prefer to give this lot zero stars. Had a good experience over a year ago in 2019 but obviously something has changed (aside from covid) Bought a pair is sneakers online, they took my money and have not responded to 2 x emails I have sent when asking about the order status...thats now getting close to 3 weeks ago. They have gone as far as deleting Facebook comments (including mine) from customers asking about their orders. Sounds like a company that is about to go into receivership. Lucky I paid with Paypal who are sorting them out so I know I will get my money back.
UPDATE 17/11 After lodging a dispute with Paypal re:not receiving the goods, I've received my money back. Sneakerboy sound like they are trading while insolvent or close to insolvent...

crap/ LIARS

You may have known about the first sale sneakerboy sale that commenced after the first ease off lockdown which was roughly the start of may which was a 10% all items except dior and one other, soo i had decided too purchase alexander McQueens at the chadstone shopping centre / melbourne, it was a weekday and i completed the transaction at the store for pick-up instore which apperently was the most easiest and most convenient way said by the worker so i agreed and chose to pick it up from in-store instead of being delivered home, for a next day pick-up. SOOO still too this day i haven't recieved my kicks with no messages, calls or information at least too my email nothing at alll , I've had too do the work of getting a hold of them and seeing what's going on.. So my advice is dont purchase from this store very bad service they honestly owe there customers either a full refund and + extra cash for time wasting, its the fact that they hadn't made us aware of what was happening we could of actually understood

Beware of this outfit

Ordered jacket and was told my order was flagged by their bank. Told them to cancel order and refund my money. Four days later got a reply saying no refunds for change of mind? Only a store credit for 12 months.

I needed the jacket for a trip, a week later I’m still waiting for a resolution and they still haven’t processed the order but happily still have my money.

Lodged a dispute with bank and now lodging claim with Consumer Affairs.

Amateurish outfit who seems to think selling high end goods makes them special.

Day 19- still not tracking info.

I ordered shoes in store on Sunday the 15th of March (as they didn’t have them in stock- in store). The lady who was serving me, told me they would get them in store on either the Monday or Tuesday and that they would be shipped the same day. She then told me that my shoes would take 2-3 days to get to my address. Which means they would get to me friday the latest. It’s now April the 2nd. I still have not received tracking info. I thought maybe this had to do with what’s going on around the world at the moment but, unlike other brands- nothing.. not a single update to customers of where their orders are. I’ve heard they are in debt and they couldn’t pay their rent to keep shop up- that’s why they are having so many sales at the moment- but who knows.. all I know is I will never shop with this company again.

Sneaker nope!

I have never written a review about a store but I have to let people know that if you are expecting quality customer service, buy from another store and don't buy from this place. I accidentally made a purchase online and as per their customer service rules, tried to cancel within the next 2 hours but it was past midnight so couldn't reach anyone in store (they never answer the phone anyway) so I emailed as soon as I realised my mistake, then I emailed in the morning, then midday, then afternoon and then evening, then the same the next day. Not one email back, so now the order is coming and I have to pay for something I didn't want. Fine, it was my mistake but there was not 1 attempt at responding to my email to try and help out. Never again and if you are waiting to cop a pair of sneakers online, don't waste your time, they are sold out before they are available to buy. Must be their pre-order option which I did enquire about but of course... Didn't get a reply.

ONE MONTH LATER STILL NO SHOES! DO NOT FALL INTO THE “IN STOCK” TRAP!!!

My first ever purchase with Sneakerboy had to be the worst!!! I regret not reading reviews before buying!! I purchased a stock that was clearly available online and should’ve been ready for shipping within 3-5 days. Waited for an email on tracking info for over a week but there was none! When I checked my account it said my order is in back order! Why show stock as “available” when there really isn’t? THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE EMAIL WAS RECEIVED FROM THEM AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THEM 3 TIMES VIA EMAIL AND OVER 6 TIMES THROUGH PHONE CALLS WITH ALL THEIR AUSTRALIAN STORES!! The staff are also useless as they couldn’t provide any info and some promised to contact office and told me I’ll receive a call or email straightaway but none of that happened!!! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW AND NO SHOES!!!!!!! THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME A REFUND, ONLY ALLOWS EXCHANGE! WHAT A RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

It’s been over a month and still waiting for my order

It used to be great as I usually buy shoes from sneakerboy but for some reason, my last purchase which is sadly the most expensive one suddenly went back order when it was clearly available to purchase and this also shows on my reciept. I understand sometimes there’s issues with inventory but please let your customers know what’s going on. It’s been over a month now and I still haven’t heard anything about my order. I emailed them 3 times with no reply as yet. I just wanted to know what is the status and why it’s taking long? If the shoes I ordered wasn’t available in the first place, why sell it and take payment for it?

Anyway, still wating and hoping to get a response.

From this experience and the recent similar reviews they are receiving, I do not recommend buying from this company unless they fix atleast their customer service.

Sneakerboy chadstone store run some un official list for key shoe releases. Whilst an official the staff seem to endorse it. Sneakerboy are you going to continue this unfair practice.

Buy at your own risk

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers in the Melbourne store. They didn’t have them in stock, and said they would ship within 3-5 days.

3 months later and they still hadn’t arrived, so after endless emails chasing up Sneakerboy (and them not answering most of the time), I got a refund.

Apart from all the time wasted, I lost over $100 in Paypal costs and exchange rates for sneakers I didn’t get.

emailed help@sneakerboy is pointless they initially replied me but went missing after 2 email exchanges.
They dare charge me but shoe not even despatch the shoes out.

When service sucks!

This is my first store review, my experience is surreal I thought it was worth documenting. I purchased Valentino sneakers and Prada sneakers online both sneakers were on sale. I had intended to pay with afterpay but accidentally paid with credit card.
Within seconds I contacted Sneakerboy about my mistake.
I checked their online policy and realised that there no returns on sale items, given the prada sneakers were for my husband I got worried.
Sneakerboy emailed saying there were no changes allowed to any sale order. I intended to buy the sneakers regardless.The following day I received a blunt email stating my ENTIRE order was cancelled. Communication was slow each question took days for a response. The responses felt automated and computer generated.
The conduct was very rude, there was no consultation nothing to indicate the entire order would be cancelled. SNEAKERBOY without customers you don’t have a business, your customers are your existence and deserve better. Goodluck

So I knew about sneakerboy for years…

So I knew about sneakerboy for years now even signed up to their newsletter. But never made a purchase I was so hesitant because many people I've ask about them never heard of the website...so in April the ambush 180 has drop and I really wanted those and I knew nike.com would sell out quick which it did so when I check the site they had them and i couldnt pass on them. So when I put the order through it took maybe about week to 2weeks with all the processing and I'm very satisfied will make more orders in the near future.

The only reason I’d give them one star…

The only reason I’d give them one star is because of the sale they had one, otherwise I would have never purchased from this store. Very rude staff who I’m suprised even greeted me, not until after I’d brought the sneakers they told me to come back 4 hours later to pick up the shoes? Came to pick up the shoes and proceeded to wait more than 10 minutes at the counter for someone to serve me whilst a male staff member continued talking to what seemed to be a friend. After walking around the store and flagging a finally free team member down with my receipt i was spoken maybe 10 words whilst getting my item. Next time I’m buying a pair of $800 sneakers I will not even consider this store.

This store is pointless

This store is pointless, best to buy online from O.S I went into the store, asked to try on some shoes they wasted 15 minutes of my time filling out a form then made me try on a pair of shoes in my size but not the style I wanted. They continued to duck around on their iPad then asked if I would like them delivered to my home or the shop. No I want to try them on now to see how they look on my feet. Oh no we don’t actually keep shoes in store. Heaven forbid, what would be the point of that!
