A luxurious feeling hoodie
Aside from the snowboarding aspect, this is a really good quality hoodie. It's incredibly thick and cosy and feels well made. I bought an XL and it's a nice relaxed fit, slightly boxy. I am usually a L for outerwear but XL gave me a looser fit without looking comically big. The hoodie has many useful zip pockets that aren't at all obvious. So far waterproof and I can't wait to test it out on the slopes. I've ordered another for my girlfriend because she was so jealous of mine. Cheers Snowbodi, from the UK

Exceptional customer service during the choosing and buying process! I’ve bought 2 fleece and 5 hoodies for our whole family to ski together in. Delivery and shipping was super speedy considering the huge distance to the uk. And on arrival, the quality is top notch. Highly recommended!

I'm not quite sure why this company is getting so much hate. I admit I was a bit worried after I had read some of the review but it turned out there was nothing to worry about.
I ordered one of their hoodies from the UK and it arrived in less time than some domestic orders I have placed. The quality feels really good and ill put it through it's paces on my upcoming trip to Poland this winter but I would happily order from them again.

Please be aware
Buy your clothes from a store that includes all shipping costs, and makes you attent on customer clearance costs. Beside that: buy your clothes from a store that supports en gives back to community beside only going for profit and bad service. Beside that clothes are fine but i regret buying clothes and supporting such brands

Impressive quality that made us buy more
Transaction was straight forward. Fastest delivery to given Christmas is only two weeks away and we got it delivered in three days. We are a ski-family of five. Originally we ordered three snobodi jumpers for the kids as we had not seen these before and were buying off line. As soon as we opened the package it was an ‘wow’ moment, immediately went back online and we ordered another two for my husband and I. We are very impressed with their quality. Thick, warm and well made. Kids are already wearing them and we don’t arrive in France for another couple of weeks to ski. We ski Australian mountains and began traveling overseas to France and Switzerland couple years ago, so we are really keen to use an Australian brand. The wide variety of colours available made it easier for us all to get the same but different colours. Will definitely be making more purchases from snobodi as my kids grow up to and always need new gear.

absolutely rip off
I bought a medium sized hoodie during their black friday sale. Once it arrived I realised it was a little to short for me but otherwise great. I asked whether I could exchange for a large. They told me to send it back, they'll give me store credit then I can reorder. By the time they received it their sale was over so the price went back to normal. The credit they gave me no longer covered the cost and they refused to honour the price which I bought the hoodie for!! All I wanted to do was swap the item for a larger size!
Never ever ever ever buy from this company. The worst customer service I've experienced

During our Black Friday sale all discounted items are final sale, which means they aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, and this is stated on our website. We also cannot guarantee exchanges during major sale events due to the high volume of orders and how quickly stock moves.
To keep it fair, as part of our policy we offer store credit for final sale items so customers can choose something else that fits and feels right. Unfortunately when your hoodie arrived back, the sale had ended and the item had returned to its usual price, so the store credit matched the amount you originally paid.
We completely understand that this wasn’t the smoothest experience for you, your feedback helps us improve our processes.

Perfect gear
From the UK, where it is cold right now and the rain doesn’t stop, I am warm as h*%# in my Snobodi hoodie (or fleece). The quality is great, when I finally get on the slopes in Feb I know that not only will I be warm but the tech will keep me dry, my skipass ready in the ide pockets and mates will be jealous that I also look sick

Brilliantly warm AND waterproof hoodie
Brilliantly warm AND waterproof hoodie, with zip pockets so I don't lose my gloves etc. I actually wear this for my dog walks in the uk which can get pretty cold and wet. Ordering from Australia wasn't my plan but I hadn't been able to find anything close by. Arrived very quickly despite the distance and tracking was easy to follow the progress. Thank you Snobodi for creating a great functional hoodie!

I got the Venture Hoodie. Super good quality. The water resistant feature works a lot better than I thought. The other features work smooth and feel great. It has kept me super warm. Highly recommend.

Delivered!
Order to delivery was over a month. Poor communication and bot replies to email. Delivered today - I was surprised, convinced I had been scammed and was going through chargeback process! Sweatshirts are nice, baggy fit. Not sure I would wear on the slopes but would wear casually.
