If I could give 0 stars that would still be too much! This company is dodgy and take advantage of customers. I ordered 2x hoodies and waited over a month and still no sign. I reached out and they responded that the items were returned to sender…. And I was provided with a store credit. However, why would I reorder new items just to go through this same issue again. I kindly requested a full refund and was denied.

Thank you for providing the extra information regarding your order. The tracking shows that the carrier attempted delivery but the addressee wasn’t available. The parcel was then held at the local facility but wasn’t collected in time, which is why it was returned to us. Situations like this are unfortunately outside of our control, but we always want to make sure you’re looked after.
We’ve issued a refund in this instance, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Scammers DO NOT BUY
No sign of what I ordered 25 days ago. Emailed them a few times with no response. The only time I did get a response it was a generic email saying ‘our orders are backed up by 4-7 days’
Seems like a scam website to me.

I have checked your tracking and can see that your parcel was shipped from our warehouse on the 7th of October, but it was unfortunately stopped by Customs in the Netherlands and then returned to sender on the 30th of October. This type of Customs hold is outside of our control, but we know how disappointing it is when this happens.
The parcel is currently on its way back to us and is now showing as being in Sydney. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will be able to inspect it, understand what went wrong, and arrange to have your item re-shipped to you.
If you need anything in the meantime or would like us to keep you updated, please feel free to reach out. We are here to help and will make sure this gets sorted for you.

not sure why the deserve a 1 star. pathetci over a month waiting no communication, then when i say canvel order , order suddenly sent with no tracking info. a real shoddy outfit, heard qulaity of goods is well below par, wont even allow refund on return, backward looking money grabbing non customer focussed outfit.

Literally the best jumper I’ve ever…
Literally the best jumper I’ve ever worn 😂 so comfy and can wear it anywhere but great for snowboarding very comfy and warm and shipped very fast and I live on the other side of the world! So good I had to buy more stuff!

Found Snobodi to be a fantastic company! Needed a new hoodie and had seen an advert on social media had a look at their website and found my new hoodie 9 days later it arrived (Oz to UK) fantastic quality a nice heavyweight hoodie, will be buying from them again.

Been a month and not even packed the hoodies for shipping spend just under $300 nzd. When asked they said they were behind on stock but still advertising like they have stock. Asked for a refund or a estimated date of arrival and no reply.

Excellent products
I found Snobodi products to be of a very high quality. The sweatshirts I purchased were thick but light and the fleece lining felt soft, cosy and warm against the skin. The front pocket has a secret pocket inside, which I find to be very secure for my phone and cards, this was a pleasant surprise when I found it, great idea. I would highly recommend these products and I shall be purchasing more in the future. Thank you to all at Snobodi.

Snobodi waterproof hoodie - excellent
Excellent product. Bought the waterproof hoodie in pink and black. We are on the Isle of Man so we have plenty wet conditions. I had been a little sceptical re how waterproof. It hasn’t disappointed great for wearing out walking the dogs. Delivery was really fast it arrived within a week. Again a great surprise as we can take a week for a letter to arrive from the other side of our island. Would highly recommend these hoodies. It’s my go to in the cold or the wet or the cold and wet. Love it. Thank you for such an excellent product.

Best hoodie ever!
If you’re looking for a warm, high quality, weather resistant hoody look no further!
I’ve been living in my snobodi hoodies since they arrived. I have a black one for dog walks, tonnes of zip pockets for all the doh walk paraphernalia I need to take, super warm and cosy ( even in the UK winter!) and no worries if it rains, as it’s weather proof too. I get complements all the time.
The cream one I reserve for in the house and out and about. It’s such great quality and those pockets mean I don’t even have to take a bag out.
Highly recommend you grab yourself at least one of these and the price means that they won’t break your bank account either. I have a feeling they’ll last for years too

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I placed an order on 29th October, paying extra for express shipping. We are now 3 weeks later and it still hasn't been shipped. Despite multiple exchanges with their customer support, not solution was provided except for a miserable $5 refund of the difference between express and standard shipping. I have requested a refund which has been refused and they encourage me to return it once I receive it. Guess what, if I ever receive it we will have past the 30 days return policy and I will need to pay the shipping to return it.
I now sent a formal letter of demand for a refund, which will result in legal complaint if not executed.
Run away from this company!

Awsome hodie for any occasion!
Love how it fits so well and sizing was easy by how they show it, made it so easy so can be confident in the way its going to fit perfect. The pockets are so nice hidden away and comfortable, its acuty very light and can be worn anywhere rate it so hight compared to my other hodies. Look awesome on the snow or in any place you go value for money in my books.
