We had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE with Snostation!
You get 1 star because I cannot give 0.
We did NOT get in our apartment at all.
We were left alone, with the worst experience ever.
We had to head home.
I booked an apartment via Hotels.com where I got a booking confirmation. This is what I bring on my vacation.
Snostation emails me a couple of days before check-in - while I am already on vacation - requesting me to print out a certain document.
I do not have internet access when on holiday and least of all do I bring a printer.
So I do not get their check-in information untill I was back home.
Besides, Snostation's company name is totally unfamiliar to me so I cannot know if it is fraud or not.
A professional company would introduce themselves with a reference to the company where I booked (hotels.com).
And they would not wait untill a couple of days before check-in.
This should have happened immediately after my booking.
Your handling procedure is completely unprofessional.
I arrived at the apartment address in the middle of the afternoon.
I found nowhere the supposed name of the apartment/hotel where I thought I had booked a room.
I called the number in UK that was on my reservation (before 16:00 o'clock) but all I got was an answering machine.
My experience with Snostation is:
No appearence at the location
No presence / reception at the location
No service
No access to information
Nothing but bad experience.
I had been driving from southern France all day and due to Snostation's not existing presence and service I had to go continue driving home to Denmark.
No other rooms were available at this time.
