Waders order
What should have been a simple procedure turned out to be not so pleasant. VAT liabilities due to Brexit are a fact of life when purchasing online from the UK. However, inflated Customs Clearance charges without pre-advice are not acceptable which created inordinate delays.
I have had many excellent experiences with Snowbee orders in the past but now I will definitely think twice.

Great product delivered on time
Online ordering process was straightforward with easy to follow steps. I have been using Snowbee fly lines for a number of years now, and have been entirely satisfied in terms of quality and robustness at a competitive price. Latest purchase was received in accordance with tracking information. Highly recommended.

Snowbee’s 210D…thigh waders
I received delivery of Snowbee’s 210D thigh waders.
While the model number and codes match perfectly with my old pairs/boxes…..They are not the same.
They are nothing like the picture in Snowbee’s Spring Clearance flyer.
Different material in the boot, different design, different colouring, different straps. In the catalogue the waders are all green with Snowbee logo straps. The waders delivered have a black boot, black straps and light tan uppers. Snowbee’s terms and conditions do allow them to vary and alter the design.
To be fair they were cheap and I’ve decided to keep them for cleaning out my pond.
