We’ve used Sofa Assist twice now, and on both occasions Frank and his team have been among the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.

From start to finish, they were polite, courteous and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain exactly how they work and what we could realistically expect. They never overpromised, but both times they absolutely overdelivered on their service.

What particularly impressed us was the way they interacted with our neighbours and coordinated with the company delivering our sofa. Their communication, care and professionalism were outstanding throughout, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.

From start to finish Frank and his team were exceptional!

We just moved into a basement and ground floor flat with a very narrow and awkward front door and staircase on the basement level so we knew the sofa would have to come through the ground floor window.

From the initial email exchange to coming out to do the work, Frank and his team were excellent from start to finish. Our delivery driver was also incredibly late and Frank couldn't have been more accommodating to work around this. I couldn't recommend using them enough.

From the very first contact, Sofa Assist impressed me. The quote process was fast, transparent and professionally handled — no ambiguity, no back and forth, just clear and confident communication throughout.

The real test was the job itself. I needed a 245cm sofa removed from a first floor flat via a narrow balcony window. A job most companies wouldn't even attempt. They handled it in under 30 minutes, safely and without a single mark on the sofa or the property.

They kept me updated on delivery progress via Waze and called to confirm safe arrival at the buyer's address. But what really stood out was the extra mile — they identified that my brand and size of sofa is prone to bowing in the centre over time and fitted an additional middle leg on delivery, free of charge, drawing on their specialist knowledge of the product.

That level of expertise, care and professionalism is rare. Highly recommended for anyone with a challenging sofa move.

I called Sofa assist with the intention of using their service. After my explanation I was told to do a video call to assess the situation on ground. Afterwards, I was told their service will not be needed as I could do it myself. I was directed on what to do on a step by step basis which worked perfectly for me. I thought I met an angel in person. What would have cost me over £300 according to the quote, was made possible with the help of the company without charging a penny even though I was on the call for over 20 minutes of consultation. After my sofa proved to tight to get up 2 flights of stairs, I contacted Sofa Assist.
I never knew such a company existed and contacted them. Even though it was Good Friday, I had immediate communication with them.
I was given a quote after sending some pictures. Which was less than I expected.
I recieved communication the day before of a time they would get to me as well as a message on the day.
They were extremely professional and quick. I cant praise the service enough and highly recommend them.
Finally a special thanks to the team who not only hoisted it up but set it up and put it where I wanted it to go. They did not leave until I was fully satisfied.

These guys are absolutely exceptional! We had a sofabed delivery from loaf and the delivery guys couldn't get it in, loaf suggested calling sofa assist and frank and his team were amazing. Phoned me straight back after emailing him images and came round about 2 hours later where they managed to get the sofa bed in no drama. They are very helpful and genuinely nice people, seriously thought i would be sending the sofa back!

Read the reviews, and believe every word: Frank and his team are out of this world. No problem (or sofa) is too big because they have a tremendous can-do approach. They saved us when our delivery people scratched their heads and said it couldn't be done. Guess what? It could, and at very short notice. The man is a miracle-worker and we can't recommend him too highly.

This is the second timer we have used Sofa Assist and would highly recommended. We have a narrow hall so we have to remove windows to get sofas in and out. It’s not cheap but it’s the only option and the service they offer is exceptional. Would use again.

Frank was an absolute star. I am so grateful for his help, efficiency and expertise. He answered his phone immediately even when it was late and always returns calls. Always willing to go the extra mile and find the most cost efficient option for moving a sofa.

I can't recommend Frank and Sofa Assist highly enough. Our new sofa bed couldn't be delivered to our third floor flat so the delivery company recommended Sofa Assist. Even though it was a Saturday, Frank responded immediately and came straight to us. Totally professional and very calm and reassuring, he came up with a solution and had the sofa in our flat in no time. What we thought would be a total nightmare, he solved with no fuss. A real pleasure to work with and a great guy too.

This morning we had a large 4-seater sofa delivered from John Lewis to our fourth-floor apartment. Unfortunately, the delivery team couldn’t fit it in the lift and left it at the bottom of the stairs. My wife and I somehow managed to wrestle it up four flights – only to discover it wouldn’t fit around the awkward turn in our hallway.

After 30 minutes of trying every possible angle and pivot imaginable, we were completely stuck and genuinely thought we’d have to return the sofa and buy something smaller.

I found Sofa Assist on Google and called straight away. Frank answered – incredibly friendly and calm – and immediately FaceTimed us to assess the situation. From there, he guided us step-by-step through a series of manoeuvres to get the sofa through the hallway and into the living room.

Honestly, I have no idea how he knew exactly what to do, especially remotely, but it worked. Absolute magic.

We didn’t even need a call-out in the end, but I would highly recommend Sofa Assist purely for Frank’s expertise, knowledge and willingness to help. He turned what was becoming a very stressful situation into a genuinely happy moment for us.
