Sofa Assist Avis

The reviews are all 5 stars and deservedly so. Frank did an amazing job and I would recommend him very highly.

Sofa assist were very very helpful via FaceTime and Frank gave great advice. Would highly recommend them.

After a complete dabacle with Loaf and the delivery of my sofa, the Sofa assist team were incredible - early, polite, completely professional and they made the job look easy. Always apparent that they respect they are in people's houses, taking the utmost care whilst working and genuinely a lovely team to deal with... cannot recommend highly enough... they were the only enjoyable part of dealing with Loaf...

We wouldn't have our living room without Sofa Assist. We called them after Sofaology left us under such stress. Sofa Assist turned up within a few hours and did an amazing and professional job getting our sofas to the first floor safely through our balcony.

I can't recommend Sofa Assist to everyone enough. They were able to help us bring the sofa that the so-called sofa experts couldn’t bring up via the stairs. They were professional and turned our lousy day into a good day.

Thank you so much for your help Sofa Assist - we’ll keep recommending you whenever we have a chance.

Frank who I spoke was extremely proffesional, helpful and completely solved my sofa dilemma.

Many Thanks

What incredible people! The lovely man diagnosed the problem on a Facetime call, and gave me clear instructions on how to remove the sofa arm to get through the narrow door. Brilliant customer service!

Thank you so much to the team at Sofa Assist for all their help in arranging the installation of a large corner sofa to a first floor flat today. Frank responded to my original email within a few minutes and kept in touch promtly and helpfully during the lead-up. Adrian and Kieran turned up well in time to take delivery of the sofa and worked tirelessly to get the sofa into the flat through the window! Nothing was too much trouble and they were both polite and professional throughout. And I received a follow-up call from Frank to check that all was well. I am so grateful for this excellent service from Sofa Assist. Thank you.

I want to extend a massive thanks to Frank and his team. We had appliances delivered for our 1st floor kitchen, only to realise they would not go up the stairwell. Frank was incredibly helpful from the start; he was able to schedule us in right away to prevent delays to our kitchen fitting. He and his team were very professional, friendly, and helpful when on site. I'm actually amazed at how 'simple' it was with their team to get two massive appliances up our first floor balcony and into the kitchen. Thank you for everything!

We were about to give up ever getting our new dining table in as we live on the first floor and it was impossible to get it up the stairs then Frank at Sofa assist was recommended to us.
We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and won’t be beaten attitude.
Up it went from our neighbour’s terrace without a hitch even though it weighed 150kg .

What a delight it was to work with Frank and his team and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sofa Assist was on time and delivered the service quickly and efficiently.
My couch was huge and needed to be diassembled to fit a series of doors, and the technicians were very careful and very professional throughout the process.
100% recommend their service.

Needed help with get an oversized recently upholstered sofa back to a first floor room in a London house that had recently been redecorated for a client. Frank was a delight to deal with & professional. Would highly recommend.

These guys are truly amazing. My wife and I just moved to London from the USA and bought a bed without giving any thought to the size of the headboard in relation to the width of the steps in our flat! Turned out it would not fit up the steps! I had never heard of such a service, but these guys came out and dismantled the headboard, moved it up the steps, and put it all back together like nothing ever happened! Truly amazing. And they were also incredibly nice and extremely tidy with their work. Highly recommend!

Excellent work by the team at Sofa Assist.

Fast communication which started with a video call to scope out the problem.

When the team came, they worked quickly and diligently and managed to get the sofa into the room using a combination of the window and some safe packing of the sofas. I thought they were going to have to cut the sofa in 2 and reupholster . But wasn’t necessary thanks to their expertise.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome and very good to deal with throughout.

Amazing customer service, helped us out when we thought we had no options! Really what a unbelievable service, can’t recommended enough!

Frank and his son from sofa assist were excellent from start to finish. As soon as they arrived they assured me that they would get my sofa in no matter what. Professional and friendly - and the logistics were handled almost like a mathematical equation. These guys really know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone having sofa relocation issues.

Frank and Adrian were so utterly fantastic, they made everything seem so easy, making what felt like a really complex logistical challenge super smooth and stress-free. Frank was flexible with changes to the date and time we were having the sofa delivered and on the day he and Adrian went the extra mile to check the sofa was installed correctly, even showing me how to do the sofa bed mechanism properly. Also they were just generally lovely people to spend time with, thanks so much both of you.

A very professional service. On time and the job completed speedily by very skilled staff.

I contacted Sofa Assist recently and their services were exceptional! Friendly, supportive and regular communication which is so important for me. Would highly recommend their services!!

Frank, Adrian and Kieran went absolutely above and beyond. Amazing experience from first call, talking through the project to the on the day moving of the sofa. In through a first floor balcony door then up to another floor. Frank even then fixed the leg of the sofa which had been damaged by the separate storage company. Can not rate highly enough. Thank you.

What a guy Frank is. He saved me a look of heartache and stress, while providing me professional helpful advice on getting my sofa into my flat.
If it wasn't for him they would have been no way I could have managed to get my sofa in.
Definitely worth giving him a call if you are in need of help. Professional and very pleasant man.
