I recently did an online purchase of a white leather sofa with sofa italia, I had never made such a purchase online before and was somewhat skeptical of what I was buying. However, having now received the sofa, it is by far the best purchase ever and the sofa is of the highest quality.

Now that's what i call a quality sofa
Where do i start, the sofa is gorgeous, not usually a word I would use to be honest, but it really is. The service was great, even though I was a little pushy with chasing delivery date because we didn't have anything to sit on except garden furniture (8 weeks in total). The sofa is hand made in Italy, so 8 weeks is nothing really! The service we had was great, john helped us match up our paint and furniture colours nicely, he went away to get a sample of our paint and sent us samples he thought would match, really impressed with that! Although this is large purchase made on line, you do need to take the leap of faith as our expectations were exceeded in service and quality of the product. Take your time with the sales guys, get the right colours and you won't be disappointed, I never felt there was any pressure on me to buy and always had helpful service. First class for everything guys! 👍

We are happy clients of the company. We are pleased with Capri sofa-bed we bought. The design, quality of leather and mechanics of the mechanism are really good. It is built to last. We find that this sofa-bed is better in terms of quality and performance vs what we bough earlier in Furniture Village. The service was excellent, consultants were very helpful, no problems with the delivery. I wish all clients have similar experience. Big 'Thank you" to John Newton for his help and attitude.

I’m never sure whether to order…
I’m never sure whether to order furniture on line , I’ve done it before and been disappointed. I therefore made the journey down to Durham to be sure I wasn’t making a mistake. From my initial enquiry to meeting everyone at the warehouse I would have to say customer service was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending sofa Italia and we are delighted with our sofa .... so much we bought another one!!

Could not fault Product and Service
L Shaped sofa delivered on time, and assembled quickly. Had a problem with one of the legs, as a bolt missing. Contacted the company, who immediately arranged for a bolt plus spares to be delivered in just a few days

Our Dream Sofa
We had delivery of our Arrezzo corner sofa 6 weeks ago. The quality of the fabric and stitching is excellent, with the fabric sample a very good match when the final product arrived. The leather is so tactile that every time I walk past it I have to touch it. The order process was painless. However, the delivery had to be chased, but was soon rectified and still delivered within the initial time scales given. We scoured the shops to find the perfect sofa, in the end we could only find it online. Thank you sofaitalia for supplying us with a quality product at a competitive price.

Vintago sofa and chair - great!
Bought a Vintago sofa and chair from these guys which we loved and it lasted over 15yrs (while my kids were growing up too, and we all know what disrespecters of furniture kids can be!) So when that needed replacing we returned, and replaced with the same. Great communication and expert delivery. Very happy...

We are really impressed with our new sofas. We chose a 2 seater and 3 seater from the arezzo range. Really stylish as well as comfortable. High quality leather - you can order some samples before you choose and see for yourself.
As well as the sofas, we were really impressed with the customer service. Rob H was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed about our order.
I would really recommend sofitalia. I did a lot of research and found no showroom with such stylish sofas at a reasonable price. Don't be put off by online stores, Sofialia have it just right !!
