I was really concerned about ordering a sofa that I’d never seen or sat on but I wasn’t disappointed I’m over the moon. The whole ordering process was simple and it was delivered within 4 weeks like promised and the 2 delivery guys did a fantastic job everything went perfectly.

Fantastic service and beautiful custom Movida,, Tignes sofa & chair
We recently ordered a custom Movida, Tignes sofa (which everyone who comes over loves) and matching chair & Stool (which we love) from Sofa & Friends and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From start to finish, the communication was excellent, we were kept updated throughout the delivery process and the team was always helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.
The quality of the furniture is fantastic, and the customisation turned out exactly as we’d hoped. It’s clear they really care about both the product and customer experience.
Great service all round and we’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality sofas and genuinely good customer support. Many of our family and friends are in the middle of placing orders

Sofa looks the part at the beginning…
Sofa looks the part at the beginning but after a while the cheap material starts to disintegrate and cause sagging material, I was offered compensation for the area affected and told it was a small issue to now see the whole sofa has now collapsed in materials and looks sagged, I was told this is because of using to much !! I use this sofa very little Abd it’s only 9 months old !! I dread to think how it would look at 2 years old , I was never given an apology & basically made to feel the issues are from over use . Looks a good sofa but the material don’t last & they use cheap piping causing it to disintegrate rapidly . Don’t buy your sofa from them unless you want a long stressful situation on your hands . Ohh yeah and the ottoman turned up broken and that was quickly sorted but still it’s been nothing but hell!! I was asking for it to get fixed but apparently this isn’t something they offer as it’s time consuming & very expensive. Yes they give me compensation but only because they made me have time off work to get the ottoman part fixed and for the small issue which is now covered half my sofa . 3 cm fault now turned into 90 cos I mark it & it’s getting worse each day, like I say nice to look at but won’t last long !!

We are truly sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your sofa. When your initial concerns were raised, we offered you the option of a return and a full refund, however, you explicitly chose to keep the sofa. At that time, as a gesture of goodwill, a substantial compensation payment was agreed upon and accepted by you as a full and final resolution to the matter.
While we understand you have since reached out to us again, we have carefully reviewed the history of your case. As we have already provided a financial settlement intended to resolve this matter permanently, our position remains unchanged.
We always aim to address complaints fairly and reasonably, and we are disappointed that you are unhappy with the outcome, especially given that the compensation was accepted as a final settlement after your decision to retain the sofa. Please understand that we cannot continue to offer further financial compensation for the same issue once a final agreement has been reached and accepted. We firmly believe this matter was handled appropriately and in line with our previous agreement.

I am really happy with my tignes electric sofa.From start to finish sofa and friends were amazing. They kept me updated on delivery and it came really fast.The men who delivered to my upstairs flat were really friendly and professional.

Beautiful sofa
We changed our mind on the type of cushions we wanted and the company sorted the order with no questions. Delivery was when they said it would be and the guys unpacked and put it together . Once that was done we could really see what a beautiful piece of furniture we had purchased. We love it

Very responsive online and via Whatsapp with helping to decide on which model and colour to choose, as well as working out the dimension for a smooth delivery. The sofa arrived within 2 weeks.
