I have sent you an email regarding the missing items, If you could let me know which items are missing I will get this amended for you as soon as possible. During the time of your order a substantial amount of items were purchased and shipped out, we apologise all of your items were not sent to you. Once I am aware of which item's you did not receive i can get this sent out to you as soon as possible.

Unprofessional and Bad Service
I ordered shoes and was informed they did not have the size I ordered. I then was asked to pay more money for the shoes. Unprofessional and awful service. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately the website was not updated at the time you had purchased those shoes.
We had attempted to fulfil your order however we were unable to locate that size for you. We offered to send an alternative size or style however you did not want to have an alternative. Therefore we couldn't fulfil your order.
We hope in the future you can purchase with us again and have a better experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience last…
Absolutely brilliant experience last week picking up my daughters Xmas present. One of the shoes wasn't quite right, they let me swap with no problems at all and also noticed the box was damaged and offered a new one.
I will definitely be back, even just to say hello to the lovely couple who own the business.
I could have stayed all day chin wagging..

The delivery was with great service and quickly. Alex and Jess are lovely aswell with a great shop and great intentions to help the community with getting their sneakers. They also have great source for shoes , prime and general hype items and clothing. Best shop in Leicester. Highly recommend

Brilliant products and stylish shop

Hi there, we have spoken with yourself and offered a repair of good will due to the damage being caused by the treatment to the shoe.
We have been advised by trading standards we can offer a repair or replacement we have chosen to repair the shoe however you have chosen to deny the repair.
Trading standards only deal with businesses, you would be dealing with consumer rights.
We have offered to repair the shoe, however you have refused this.
You purchased the trainer 3 months ago. We can’t do anything else as you’re refusing to bring them in store for us to see them and get them repaired.
We have been threatened and had yourself screaming down the phone to us and now leaving a bad review, we will not take bullying behaviour.
Please people reading this we offer excellent customer service, and provide excellent trainers for our sneaker heads

Lovely staff, super helpful
Staff were super helpful, didn’t have my size in stock in the Yeezy slider but suggested another size as they run small, which fit perfectly. Happy customer as I left with what I wanted!
