AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor experience with Save our Souls, bought an album but when it was delivered by Evri they didn't knock even tho' I was in all day and it was left in full view of anybody walking past, when I got confirmation of delivery from Evri which was nearly 2 hours after I went to get it but nothing was there.
I have been in touch with Save our souls on a number of occasions about how to rectify this problem but no one seems to want to reply to my emails. So at the moment I have no LP and I am out of pocket to the tune of £30 odd quid.
SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
Good luck to anyone who buys from these cowboys because if you have any problems you'll be on your own you'll get no joy out of these.

Disappointing

I’ve noticed this company has two trustpilot profiles so I hope this is the active one. I ordered a record for my father’s Christmas present on 19th December so wasn’t really expecting it to arrive in time. I did get in touch between Christmas and new year to ask when it might be dispatched so I could let my dad know and received quite a grumpy reply that I had interrupted their Christmas break. It was dispatched 1st January but never arrived. Evri confirmed the item had gone missing and said they would discuss with the company and that I should too. The company advised me that Evri just say that and that it will probably turn up but they will discuss a refund if it hasn’t arrived in 23 working days. I waited and then got in touch after 23 working days (it didn’t just turn up) and have received no answer or acknowledgment of my email. I have emailed three times and heard nothing. For some reason this doesn’t surprise me. I ordered from an independent record shop on purpose as I don’t like big chains but have been pretty surprised by the reluctance to engage in customer service.

Where to start....

Where to start. I made an on line purchase on 14th December 25,The order was paid for on that date. It did not arrive in time for christmas so contacted SOS to cancel my order as it appeared that it had not been dispatched. After much coming and going via email, very rude and a abusive language used,I was told I could not cancel but could return it once I received the delivery. Moving forward to 14th January 26 I received the order.
I then returned the item via Royal Mail with the online return form to the address provided on 16th January 26. I paid for a signed on delivery 1st class delivery.
I did not receive a refund so contacted SOS records on 28th January 26 to be told they had not received my return,and that RoyaI Mail were at fault and would have to compensate me. I have the confirmed delivery information from Royal Mail with a signed document and a photograph of a person standing in their hallway receiving the package.
I have done some digging and found the address on google maps. Same front door....
So not only have they conned me they have also fraudulently claimed they did not receive the return package.
I have emailed SOS records to point out the fact they are con men and have commited fraud against Royal Mail.
I received a load of abuse and was told to F*** off and die.
I will be contacting Royal Mail very soon.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CON MAN HE IS DOING VERY WELL RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Terrible service

Terrible service, purchased a record that came and was jumping, I recorded this. When I said I wanted to return for a refund, they was aggressive and used bad language. this has been reported and I got my money back through the bank.

I have also reported them with the messages to citizen advice. totally no need- would never used them again.

Horrific Customer Service and Dangerous

AVOID at all costs. The customer service is absolutely shocking and the quality of the clothing is poor too.

PLEASE read through all of the 1 star reviews before buying anything.

I got into a back and forth with them earlier today which was very silly, but because it i wanted to cancel a pre-ordered item that hasn't yet been dispatched, and I'll attach a screen shot of their repsonse. But they basically refused to cancel my order so I would then have to pay for the return, because I was rude. Which I was, but so was they. And that doesn't change consumer rights.

If you read all of this companies replies to their 1 star reviews you'll get a clearer picture of how poor their customer service is. Looking forward to their reply to this review to be honest! I'm sure they'll have an answer to everything like they always do. But how many times should a company have to send a shitty reply to a 1 star review before people start seeing the trend...

Customer service aside. Their clothing is poor too. The material is paper thin and the print fades after a few washes, even if you wash according to the instructions on the label.

Their vinyl records are no cheaper than anywhere else, so I would strongly advise going somewhere else just incase you want to return it or anything else goes wrong.

EDIT - It won't let me upload my screenshot because of the image format but their email said "On a serious note though, since you’ve been a bit rude you don’t cancel it. You can return it to us once received as per our returns policy on the website. You have to scroll to the bottom of the page but you can scroll apparently so all good"

Bare in mind this is a preordered item that they won't recieve or send to me for another few weeks, so plenty of time to cancel. But because I've been rude they're refusing. I know my rights so I'll get a full refund and won't have to pay for the return postage, but the fact they're making me do it just to get one over on me is really poor from a small company.

Another update - After I left this review the owner sent me an email 23:29pm threatening to use my personal details (my postal address) to "have fun with". I'm currently going through a data protection and trading standards process because of it.

Nasty company

This company were so awful to my partner when he contacted them about a missing package. He had ordered £90 worth of T-shirts (which were terrible quality) which he returned due to being the wrong size. He had the rerun sent signed and tracked with RM and after a number of weeks had heard nothing back. He emailed SOS for an update or information as the RM’s tracker showed package as delivered. SOS replied with a very rude message about not receiving any parcel and that they would not be refunding him his money. Despite him showing proof and receipts of delivery. They told him to take it up with Royal Mail. Which he did and they give him the name and place it was delivered too. He went back to SOS with this information and they replied with insults and again refused to refund him. With no further action we could take, we left reviews and went about our lives. To our surprise SOS replied to our reviews with more insults, blaming us for the entire situation. They had done this previously to other reviewers on goggle, which have now been removed as the company is re-branded. I wonder why!
Anyway, I would again like to share of experience and warn people, their people skills are zero and they essentially scammed us. Purchase with caution!

Immensely unprofessional responses!! Got told not to order from there again!! Zero customer care! Got told I was not a normal person because I asked for more information!! Avoid like the plague! And I got told that me responding to thier rude replies was probably the most excitement I've had!! 🤣🤣

Love SOS!

Absolutely love the designs from SOS. I'm a huge fan of the longline t-shirts and get regular compliments when wearing them. Never had a problem but I'm sure if I did they'd sort me out asap. So glad they restarted the business, thanks guys!

Great products, fantastic customer service

My second order with SOS as love the designs and nice light material. Ordered two long lines and unfortunately due to an error at the printers I couldn't get them. Obviously not SOS fault. But the guys were quick to let me know and come up with a solution. A week later my new order arrived and they threw in a free tee as well. Love what I've received and will recommend. My Mrs is already trying to pinch them herself.

Bought 2 items from SOS Clothing this year and love what I have received. Good quality. Also I had to return an item due to ordering the wrong size and it was so easy to exchange. Will be ordering lots more in the future.

although the designs are amazing here this is all work of the artists. The actual company themselves are apauling and I mean apauling.

I ordered nearly 400 dollars of clothing in December to New York after having some of the clothing before.

I noticed when the delivery notice came through 5 minutes after I ordered their system made a mistake and instead of no.110.... it was sending it to 148... (after looking I could see this property didn't even exist)

I emailed them within 5 minutes, which could of simply changed the delivery address manually after their system made a fault.

It took them 2 weeks to respond where they said in very unprofessional ways its my fault and they weren't taking responsibility...after a further 2 weeks of exchanged emails where the owner was swearing and calling me stupid and mocking me saying "we have received payment" he ignored my emails.

I went to my back to get a charge back and I was advised I had to try again before the bank could refund my money.

After a further 3 or 4 emails at a snails pace the owner 1st said the delivery was delivered and it was not their issue, when I said I was further not in NYC anymore, and I needed a tracking reference for the bank he reluctantly gave it to me. This reference showed it was in Plymouth shipping docks , South England.
2nd he denied this and told me it was in Jamaica and that it was being returned to England and he would again reluctantly give me a refund minus shipping costs which was over half the value of the products to "shut me up" in his own words....this was approximately april/May time after alot of back and forth.

When recently contacting them to say I havnt received the products or refund, which option did they take, his email response was "neither, owh well"

I have now reported them to the police and the fraud investigation team are managing the case.

Again the products are great but the team are a bunch of con artists, I have heard simular from friends who received wrong or missing items.

I would not shop here again and shop at high dive apparel instead.

Ordered items still haven't turned up a…

Ordered items still haven't turned up a month later. Emailed many times, twitter and face book and no reply.
Tracking not updated for weeks.
60.00 down the drain
Update after weeks of emailing asking if there is a update I received a email today saying soryy no update and a x that it.
No explanation, no I will look into it, no I will track it down.
