The bed base is fine, but the delivery company was very inconsistent. Serious lack of communication and reliability.

I placed an order with So Soft Beds weeks ago, and only part of my purchase was delivered. A mattress was missing as, according to the driver, it was not ready yet. I called So Soft Beds at the same time when they were assembling the bed and I was informed they would try to deliver by the weekend. This was Wednesday.
So on Friday I called So Soft Beds asking for an update and apparently the courier would collect the mattress on Saturday and attempt deliver early the following week.
I was not contacted by courier to advise delivery day and time so far. It is Tuesday.
Sent several emails and no replies. Sent WhatsApp message and no replay.
Called them and no certainty was given.
Really disappointed as it seems I will not have my bed.

The beds are very sturdy with ample storage space. Easy to lift and close and we liked the fabric of the base and headboard.

Wrong item delivered.
No response to items rejection.
No answer to my email subsequently cancelling the order!

I am enjoying my bed to the fullest the storages is great it fit all what was blocking my wardrobe space. I would buy a bed again and also highly recommend Sosoftbeds to my friend and family.
The customer service assistant Adam is very polite and friendly 😊 explained the disadvantages and the advantages in detail he is the one why I ordered my mattress from the company again.

The possibility to design your own bed is really good, with many options to choose from and the quality is amazing! Also, the delivery is quick which is a big difference in comparison to the majority of the shops providing beds.

Ultimately, I want to recognize how amazing the customer service is! From the beginning by contacting us to confirm and recommend some changes in our design for a better fit and always being responsive and understanding (thank you Adam).

I ordered a lovely bed in February, and it is lovely. A nice man came to put it together and while doing so, he realised there was a leg missing. I have contacted SSB numerous times and, now in July I’m still waiting for this leg to my son’s bed. Having been promised three times, I’m still waiting for this missing leg.

Lovely bed, great correspondence, easy transaction. Definitely would recommend.

Very helpful customer service and good bed

Great service and fabulous UK divan bed. It’s like an extra wardrobe and to our exact colour scheme.

This bed is absolutely gorgeous!!! exactly what i ordered, beautifully put together. I was not expecting it to be as stunning as it is. I sent a whatsapp and i got a response and they were amazing in responding to all my questions and queries. The courier was brilliant, contacted me to confirm delivery and then contacted me 30 mins before to ensure all was still ok. 10/10

Lovely solid opening bed with loads of storage. Delivered promptly and efficiently up to attic room.

Fantastic quality bed, delivered as expected. Would have appreciated some clear assembly instructions in the package, and a heads up that the Ottoman pistons would be stuck/stiff for a couple of days before easing up. That definitely ruined the first night!

Our second ottoman bed from Sosoft (first was for our daughters room) and the quality is second to none. Strong reinforced bottom storage base, well made, well finished. Very competitively priced. Bigger bed companies are not a patch on the quality that this company offers!
We orders the 3000 pocket spring mattress too with cool tech top, so comfortable.
Great communication, if we left a message Adam got straight back to us and the delivery guys were great too, product arrived well packaged.

The bed was great just what I ordered.the delivery was all over the shop first given to a wrong company that didn't deliver to me but sorted in the end .the strange I was told to pay first by cash on delivery then some other means very confusing and very blunt messages sent by thier logistics company about bank transfers and other forms of payment i never done then they wanted proof of payment on delivery which due to strange behavior i wasn't prepared to pay until i had seen the bed.and after all that they exepted card payment on thier payment form. But bed is here as described

The bed is of good quality, apart from the fact that the bolts built into base to hold the headboard were fitted in the wrong place, and was exactly as expected. It was well packaged and the delivery team were excellent. It took just over two weeks to build and deliver. It would have got 5 stars apart from the build error.

Terrible experience, slow, awful communication and poor quality beds. I returned all three (two double and a king) and they charged me £379 for doing so. I’ve never seen a furniture company charge costs like this before for returns. Will never buy from them again and would suggest people reading this don’t either.

Happy with quality of bed but they do not respond to messages. Was given 3 different delivery dates with very little notice which meant we had to keep changing plans. We had paid to have the bed delivered to a first floor room but driver turned up on his own. Luckily my husband was here to help. Driver was very polite - even took his shoes off before going upstairs. Paying cash was a pain.

So far so good. Good communication excellent quality bed. Would recommend
