Absolutely love the quality and style of soso swim !!! I ordered a bikini back earlier in the year for an upcoming holiday and loved it so much that I ordered another in the pre-sale, shipment time took a while for that which makes sense as the brand is small and seems like they got a lot of uptake in the pre-sale but communication was always good ! Loved my second bikini so much that I went to the sample sale in London and bought another + a one piece
I absolutely love my swim suit! Not only is the quality amazing but it is by far the most flattering bathing suit I have ever owned!
As for customer service! When I had questions about care, they answered almost immediately and helped me a tone learn how to best clean the suit! Truly my favorite swim suit brand and will be buying for life!!

The swimsuits themselves are fantastic and great quality but I would recommend sizing up as the sizing isn't very generous!! The customer service is also fantastic via the chat function on the website - I had a swimsuit not arrive in my order and the team were so quick to resolve the issue which saved me a lot of stress! Thanks girls xx

I’ve had a really positive experience so far I’ve bought around five bikinis from Soso swim and the quality has been amazing. I tend to buy a new one every summer just because the fit of the high waisted bottoms is really good. I would definitely recommend them, my only request is that they make more styles available because they tend to sell out quite quickly and I would love some patterned designs too because the fabric is really good

The quality is so good and when you get the sizing right the suits look fantastic, but the sizing guides aren’t the clearest for bikini tops equating to band and cup sizes

Can’t fault the shopping experience. Swimsuits are made very well. Quick delivery and easy returns.
I pre-ordered a small one-piece, which took about 3-4 weeks to arrive (in line with what they said when I made the order). It was unfortunately too small, but it was very easy to process the refund & exchange it for a larger size. I love the cut of the suit itself. The medium is still a tad tight on the hips, so if you're on the fence, I'd size up.

I knew this suit was on back order so I wasn't surprised it took so long. That said, the communication was good from customer support! The xs is too small and I can't return it because I removed the liner, but the suit is super cute so I'm bummed.

Have to leave another review as finally received my order after 8 weeks. Order was 3 bikini tops (2 large, 1 medium). Before sending I asked them to take the medium top off as knew this wouldn't fit, and thought refund would be processed before I received the order.
They're now asking me why I want the money back for the medium top despite being told I would get a refund and it wasn't sent in the parcel so obviously I never received it. All confirmed in an email thread with their Info@ email address and yet I'm still being asked what I'm talking about.
Honestly, I will never shop here again. Seems all their money is spent on marketing which is great to get the brand out there but when the customer service is this poor - as in I have never experienced anything like it, I would suggest reinvesting in to customer service.
I will await the rightful refund for the 3rd bikini top and look forward to not having to deal with this company again.

I really wanted to love this brand, but the experience has been, honestly, awful. I placed my order and waited patiently for 4 weeks before reaching out. Knowing they’re a small business, I tried to be understanding. When I first contacted them for an update, I received no clear dispatch date. A week later, I followed up again, and no response, even though the message was seen.
When the order finally arrived, it was wrong. I ordered a top and a bottom, but received two pairs of bottoms, one of which was a completely random style. I’ve since contacted them twice more and tried reaching out on social media. Still no response. It’s now clear I’m not the only one this has happened to; I’ve seen multiple customers mention receiving incorrect orders and being ignored.
Really disappointing experience. At this point, I don’t want a replacement; I just want a refund.

Update! I have changed the rating to 4* because the company sent me a replacement bikini top which was in a different model for free. I love this style and it is way better for someone with a c cup (it’s the multi-tie top) and they did make an effort to make amends. I see they have also made big improvements to their size guide so I think they really listen to customer feedback.
I ordered a bikini on 29th April on pre order and was told it would take 1-3 weeks, I received it on 23rd June - 8 weeks later.
The bikini arrived with loose threads hanging out and terrible finishing on the bikini top. I purchased the wired bikini top, I am a C cup so not big but the flat board design is suitable only for A cup or smaller (I believe they have released a new design for this very reason). I requested an exchange, customer service agreed and said they would send a returns label. One week has passed and I still have no returns label.
I initially wanted to exchange for a different size and style of top but now after this frustrating and stressful experience, I just want my money back and to not have to pay for my return. However the poor customer service makes me think this will not happen.
To clarify, I did receive a 20% refund for the delay.
It seems they have been completely overwhelmed by the number of orders and don’t have the capacity to manage the growth they are experiencing. The customer service responses felt like they were someone reeling off a text to their mate (very very informal), I was frustrated with my experience and I wanted to feel like I was in the hands of a professional who would get things sorted. This last point might be personal preference.
Finally, they say size up on their sizes but why don’t they just make their bikinis the right size? I can see in other reviews here that everyone says they are too small.
I tried so hard to keep going with my order but I have given up now and just want my money back.

After a long winded communication with the team, they were finally able to resolve my issues and I was able to get my bikini (though it was not in time for my holiday!).
I do appreciate their efforts and their bikini is actually great and I love it so much, but they definitely need to improve on communication / pre-order timings.
I would order their bikini very far in advance so you know you'll definitely get it in time. In terms of quality and style I'm actually really happy with it!

I had a really disappointing experience. My pre-order never arrived, and when I asked to switch, the communication was incredibly slow and unhelpful. When the replacement finally came, it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. I asked for this to be corrected, but again the communication was poor—they seemed to forget they had agreed to the switch and told me to place a new order with a discount code.
It’s been a frustrating waste of time and money. The bikinis themselves are actually great quality, but it’s no use if I don’t get the chance to wear them.
I’m still in communication with the team, and if anything changes, I’ll update this review—but for now, this has been a really disappointing experience.

I’m all for supporting a small business - especially one that are more climate conscious and I would have loved to support this brand again, had the experience with them been in line with the price point they’re charging.
What I would say is that their mission is perfect and the design of the bikini is amazing - however, if you’d like to actually receive your bikini and in time for a holiday it might be better for you to look somewhere else.
However, I have no patience left for this brand - it’s been more than two months and I still don’t have any bottoms for my bikini top. Before posting this I’ve tried to resolve the issue with the brand with no luck - they are not fulfilling their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I’ve been through the whole customer journey with Sososwim and it’s appalling that any business can operate this badly in 2025. Customer service was initially super nice and ‘really want to resolve this issue’ and then turned into to being not very helpful and not very quick to resolve the issue.
They’ve finally changed their size guide - but when I purchased the bikini in April it was misleading, meaning I had to return my bikini for replacement. They charge £3.5 for returns which I wouldn’t have been annoyed with IF their sizing chart was correct.
I later, within the 14 days return policy, regretted the size of the bottoms and returned those separately. Rookie mistake. It’s now mid June and I still don’t have a bottom for my top - which is result of a clash with the item being out of stock (without being informed), long processing times and the item being faulty.
I am still waiting for the bottoms because
1) it was out of stock so I had to wait 3 weeks to get them
2) the item I received was faulty and I was then
3) offered 15% discount if I kept it (like what?!),
4) I returned it, but as they were busy fulfilling pre-orders it took additionally 3 weeks to get a replacement,
5) the bottoms I received was faulty item I’d returned as a replacement because the warehouse hadn’t investigated the item properly and
6) I was then requested to pay my own postage (to be refunded later) despite this being their warehouse’ mistake and the fact they can easily make a label for returns.
If you charge £70 (now EIGHTY!) for a bikini, you better make sure you can fulfil your orders in sufficient enough time for people
Lastly, while this technically isn’t illegal in the UK they flat-out increased their prices before restock with £5 on the bikini parts and £10 on their swimsuits which is more than 10%. Following this they sent out a 15% discount for their birthday. I find that strategy quite upsetting - good customer service would have been to offer their subscribers to pre-order before the price increase. I’m aware that prices are going up everywhere but the increase is significantly more than inflation.
I work in marketing and have worked with - and purchased from - start-ups for years and I’ve rarely come across a more unprofessional handling of sales, processing times and returns. I’m not sure if they need a skilled Ops manager or a new warehouse but if I were them I’d pause all new launches and paid social until the logistics are sorted because if this trajectory continues I doubt they’ll have any returning customers.
I don’t really want to give this brand any awareness at all - but it’s now too late to return the bikini top (as I’ve had this since April) so that’s money wasted

Got a bikini set from this company. The top was great but the bottoms were 5 inches smaller than the size guide, tried to contact customer service and they would not acknowledge the fact that the size guide was incorrect and kept telling me the size up even though I had already sized up with the size I had purchased. I tried to exchange but everything was sold out in my size so I ended up returning and it actually took so long that I forgot about it and now almost 4 months of them receiving my return I’ve got my refund.
It’s sad because I really like the idea of this brand but the execution is so poor. The only thing they seem to stay on top of is their Instagram posts.

I’ve got two pieces from Soso now and i absolutely love them! So flattering and good quality and never had any issues with delivery or shipping! Love the little bag they come in and the mission behind them being environmentally low impact! Cute and considerate 🥰
Shipping takes soooo long. I have never experienced anything like it. Ordered a swimsuit for an occasion and looks like I won’t get it in time.
It would be 5 stars, but shipping can take a bit of time and the exchange part of the website doesn’t work properly, it just shows you limited items on the website and won’t load others so you kinda have to get store credit even if you know what item you want to swap for. But it is so worth the wait, the pieces are incredible and well made and extremely flattering, very happy with all my purchases so far.
