Love my new bikini!
Very good quality, came quickly. I plan to buy a one piece for my upcoming holiday. Hard to find swimwear that is so flattering and makes me feel confident!

Only thing I would say is the hygiene stickers are quite flimsy. Tried on and I think due to the thong-like fit of the bottoms the scrunching caused the not very sturdy sticker to move. I think they use sustainable materials for their stickers which is great but maybe why less sturdy.

Luckily I didn’t want to return them as they’re amazing! But could have been stuck if didn’t fit so just to be cautious when trying on and ensure to readjust gently (and of course wear underwear etc)

Lovely swimsuits, was unfortunately sent two of the same but communication was good and was able to get resolved quickly.

IT NEVER CAME AND I WAS IGNORED. none of my emails, messages, or reviews lead to a follow up. this company does not care about you or what you ordered. They have awful customer service and this brand is FRAUD

The swimsuit is AMAZING quality, but definitely SIZE UP. Their size guide is off, and their customer service to return things is nearly impossible. That being said, AMAZING swimsuit and great quality, but know your size going in!

Terrible service. The size guide is totally off, took over a week to ship only shipped once I complained. Requested an exchange, the warehouse couldn’t locate the return and when they had said it was now out of stock. My return was delivered April 28th, today is May 11th and I’ve only now had the refund processed so likely won’t get for another week and did not refund duties despite the terrible experience. Also customer service used the chat not emails so I had to go to their website daily to check for updates. First and last time I’ll purchase.

Very flattering, thick, high quality material! Love that they have tall sizes for us long torso girls. The quality is worth the price - will be purchasing from Soso again

Absolutely love my swimsuit. I am a 10dd so always find it hard to by swimwear that fits properly but I’ve never got so many comments in my life and the medium was a perfect fit

Swimsuits are great but you guys really need to invest in your customer service. I tried to contact about a glitch order before the swimsuit was even shipped. Never got a response, had to then wait till the glitch order was delivered and send it back. Its been almost a month and im still waiting for my money to get returned. While the swimsuits may be great, you will continue to get mid reviews if your customer service is this poor.

Such a fabulous shop! I’ve had my eye on these swim suits for aaages and finally decided to treat myself for a holiday. I did have to send one size back as it didn’t fit quite right but the exchange was a super easy process. The material feels so silky smooth. Super cute, May have to treat myself again :p

Terrible customer service - don't buy if you plan on returning anything! Clearly such a disorganised company that can't keep track of returns and the customer service team are so passive aggressive and rude - that's if you can actually get a reply! Wish I'd read the reviews sooner. Still waiting for my refund despite it being delivered weeks ago. AVOID!!!

I’m not sure why people are commenting about sizing so much, I viewed the sizing guide and ordered my usual size which was a small and got me perfectly! Would recommend viewing sizing guide and going off your usual size.

The quality of the bikini is great, but I had some issues with sizing. The XS top was absolutely tiny, and looked like it was made for a child. On sending this item back, I had some issues with the returns process. I got an email confirmation that my return had been received but they didn't send me my money back until I reached out to customer service a few weeks later. They have an "instant chat" on their site, but you don't get a reply for a couple of days.

Material is lovely, and fits well and really like the colours. Problem with the bottoms though. If you check the website there is no actual behind photos of the bottoms so I was very surprised just how ‘cheeky’ the back was. I am no stranger to a thong style/cheeky bottom but is probably not the most family friendly. Would have loved to see a model in a pic with a behind pic so I you know what to expect.

I've been in conversation with the Support team since the 18th March trying to arrange a refund of a faulty item that I've worn once (was fine when I tried it on, but I realised that I can swim in it as the bottom half bloats up with water and leaves me exposed to the person swimming behind me!). I'm getting nowhere with this.

After some generic "your return must have all labels attached" and me explaining that I've obviously taken the labels off, because the issue wasn't apparent til I swam in the costume, they asked me to send them a photo of myself in the costume?? Which I'm not comfortable doing at all, and the issue only shows when I'm in the pool anyway.

It's now been at least three weeks, I'm past the 30 day return period, and I'm still not sure if they'll accept my return. I also need to return a different, unused item, and I'm currently out £140 while I'm waiting. Honestly really fed up with the whole experience, do not recommend.

No issues with figuring out size I fit and I like that the swimwear is modelled on all different people! Had to return my bottoms because I preferred a different cut and the process was so easy. Cute and comfy!

I really like the color I got! The only think is its not actually as cheeky as it is in some photos imo. I think for a small frame it's true to size.

Stunning! Have just received this morning. The "Fleur Top Noir" is absolutely gorgeous. I love it. Looks good! No problem at all ordering from this site. Delivery was quick. Will definitely order again when there is a discount or sale is on and there is something that catches my eye as not cheap. I'm a size 10, bought the medium instead of the small as I would normally wear and fits perfect. The good thing about it, the straps are adjustable and love the thin straps
