A comprehensive website with a good search engine to look for specific items. The range is vast and a good website is essential. Helpful emails frequently sent with updated information on stock or special offers.
5 stars would have been given if invoices were sent as attachments to emails and not within the email itself as our accountant is fussy about headed paper for authenticity of a business.

Outstanding communication and customer service. I really needed an order dispatched that same day and although I had missed out the cut off time their sales team and picking department went out of the way to make sure it went out that same day. I have used Sparks for a couple of years now and always received, quick, good service. However this week, they were brilliant. I placed a last minute order and needed quick delivery. I emailed and requested a prompt service, and they didn't disappoint. I received my order the very next day at 8am... I am a happy customer.
