Discusting service
Discusting service. Dont waste your money go straight through the spa where the customer care is impeccable. They sold me a voucher for £70 that isn't on for most of the year and when it was available it was in the hight of the season and being in cornwall the locals dont get a look in with availability. By the time it was available the following year my voucher was out of date by ONE day. On the run up to it expiring id been in hospital for the best part of the month. So the rude unprofessional unsympathetic Alicia (the one they clearly hired to get rid of customers once theyd robbed their money) offered me to pay extra to extend it or loose it. I was stupidly going to pay extra because I didnt want to loose my £70 but because it didnt work Saturday it didnt pick my email up till monday taking me over the extension deadline AGAIN by ONE day.! Didnt care, snotty emails, no customer empathy just basically 'NEXT'. dont waste your money. Go straight through the spa you have chosen its hardly any different in price and you get a package that is available and caring friendly professional staff who are customer focused and happy to help. If I could give less than one star to these dodgy money making rats I would.

Fantastic customer service
I have used the website for a few years to book the occasional spa visit and it has always been easy to use and even better value when using tesco club card vouchers. I just booked a visit and my accidentaly book a day visit instead of overnight...I blame the brainfog! Once I realised my mistake I called up the help number and spoke to a lovely lady who was able to ammend my booking immediately. Top quality customer service and it is always nice to be able to speak to a real person and I would thoroughly recommend using spaseekers.

Website was easy to use and enabled me to use a discount code I had for a spa experience. I was contacted through email by the spa with confirmation very quickly which shows that website communicates clearly and efficiently with their hotel and spa partners.

Lovely lovely day
