Unfortunately the spa we went to for my birthday, didn’t adhere to the booking we made with SpaSeekers. In fact one lady was very rude and made us feel cheap and I wanted to leave .

The whole reason i booked this Spa was that the photo that was advertised is of a Manor House. I booked it for my elderly mother and as it turned out to be a very modern sports centre, which is not suitable for her, she could not use the pool, as there are no steps, or the jacuzzi, as there are no steps. So all in all, it was a complete waste of money. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. So very very disappointing!!!!!

I was sent a 7% welcome discount code but made a mistake when booking and didn’t put the right code in. I realised as soon as I completed my booking so contacted SpaSeekers straight away but they would not sort this out for me. It was simply an oversight on my part when making the booking. I contacted them immediately but they would not honour the discount, even though I intended to use the code at the time of booking. It’s a bit harsh to not sort this out when I genuinely made a mistake and contacted them straight away.

The booking systems is terriable - having to book a treatment and pool time separately meant it took hours. Right mess

Bought the wife and her business partner a spa experience for Xmas - they enjoyed themselves tremendously and it was very easy to cash in the voucher to book the session - a well appreciated Xmas pressie and a relaxed Wife - what more could I ask for :D

Made multiple booking for one spa. Was easy peasy and the spa knew we were one party.

The pool was lovely and my treatment excellent, however I do feel that the cleanliness and the female changing rooms could do with an upgrade.
I find having no privacy in the changing rooms is archaic… surely a little money could be spent in providing a few cubicles within the space you have?

Reserved for 14:30 for myself & my wife for the marriage anniversary. Got the mail for 12:00 noon . Called the centre & notified them that I have recieved the mail for wrong timing , she said she will ask the Manager to call you but no one called . On 11th I called again & spoke to the Manager & she said she can only do for 12 noon or so 3:30 pm . Inspite of telling her that we schedule our special day accordingly but she didn’t understood & we took 3::30 slot . I failed to understand that inspite of paying in full why they did this blunder & ruin our special day . Absolutely bizzare situation they put us in . No communication between them . Not happy at all .

I rang to book my hotel spa break as there was a problem online. I spoke to V who was lovely and went out of her way to help me.
